I love Pizza Hut the food is really good the service is very nice and fast the pizza has a really good cheese pulls and there's something that they put in there pizza sauce that is so good every one there are great people and the atmosphere is nice and it's just a great vibe.

Shout out to our local Pizza Hut in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Nelson, the manager, along with his team of Joe and Kassi are the best on Wednesday evenings!
They are super polite, very professional, and responsive to any potential issue or customer request.
We carried out some wings and they were so delicious. Two out of three that ate them, declared them as the best they ever had! Not sure about the third, but I think he was focused so much on eating he couldn’t respond to the question … 👍👍👍😁😁😁

Had an order delivered 7/8 it was incorrect and not cooked correctly even the bread sticks were doughy! The pizza I received wasn't the pizza I ordered. Called what I thought was store and went to call center . They said I would be refunded. Over a week later no refund. Finally get a hold of someone at store who said have to call next week on Thursday to speak to general manager. This will be 2weeks after fact asked for manager they said he was just leaving and that is what he said to tell me. I order from there regular have never had issues. What happened to customer service. My family members manage at other pizza place and they said that is crazy also. I am not one that complains on social media but not sure where else to turn at this point. Just making customers aware.

Order the my hut box with a side order of breadsticks FYI I used to work at a pizza hut the guy didn't even ask if I wanted bone in or out the sauce was just poured on top of chicken but what ready upset me is the amount of marinara sauce wasn't even enough for one bread stick really 🙃

The atmosphere was good. The girl at the front counter was very friendly and helpful. The only discrepancy I have is the pizza sauce not the pizza itself but the sauce tasted like spaghetti sauce and it was not very good but other than that the pizza presented well tasted good but I just didn't like the sauce. I'd still recommend the place because it's very friendly atmosphere was cool and down to earth and it just is what it is.

Said it was ready at 4:44, I had to stand there for 40 extra minutes after the supposed pick up time. Very very disappointed.

I placed an order for delivery. The delivery was faster than expected and the driver was kind and courteous. Sadly, The chicken, bacon melt was hard and overcooked. I had to pry it open with the crust cracking. This was my second time ordering from this location, both with disappointment.

Mistake was made on the order. Called almost immediately after it was discovered. Employee said they could give a credit or replace the item. Chose a replacement, and they said it would be sent over in about 30 minutes. 30 minutes later called and they said that driver had left and order should be there in 30 minutes. After another hour and a half, never received replacement. Called again and were told we would receive a credit for $12. A 2-hour wait to get the credit we didn’t request in the first place because the food was meant for my step-son. Terrible customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I ordered it from Pizza Hut. On top of that, you have to tip before the food even gets to you. Will never order from here again.

Driver is +15 minutes late for my order and has the audacity the ask for tip, you have to do better at earning tip before even asking for it theres no need to be rude at customers. I ordered to be left at the door thats why i requested contactless delivery
