Do Not waste your time...I have given this location MULTIPLE opportunities to redeem themselves. NOPE. They just cannot seem to get their act together always out of everything. I will drive 10 miles out of my way to go to another starbucks to makes sure I get the service and the actual drink I want for the prices they charge.

This morning, I Purchased a chai tea … Explained There was no chai - Instantly They gave me an attitude. They Re-Made the chai and still had no chai. I Go thru the drive thru and advise her There’s still no chai. To avoid the going back n Forth with the Incompetent !!! I Drove 25 min away to Town Country to purchase “another “ Chai Tea.

This location has consistently been taking longer and longer thru the drive thru! I moved here in April and started going to this location. It was slow then but has just continued to get worse!
Today was the worst it has been!!! I pulled in the line at 10:29 got to the speaker to place my order at 10:36 pulled away from the window with my order at 10:50 !!!
After waiting so long there wasn’t even acknowledgment from the young guy at the window that people were waiting so long!
Terrible, terrible customer service and experience!!!

This is the most horribly run Starbucks i’ve ever seen. I don’t believe it’s the fault of the baristas, it’s clear there is a management issue here. the staffing is horrendous. i watched three baristas struggle to run the store, but probably because it was quite literally only three of them. the girl who handed me my drink was very sweet and apologetic about how long it took, but i honestly would never come here again, and i feel bad for anyone who has to work here. store manager should be fired.
