Was at the drive and was told to wait because the workers decided it was a better time to take out the trash. I watched two workers walk past my car to the dumpsters with ONE bag of trash. You guys really needed to escort each other for that and leave a customer waiting?

I called in to see if I could get my drink replaced because it wasn't made right. There were no caramel crunch pieces in my drink. I am, or at least was a regular customer. This store never gives me receipts in the first place. I spoke with Macayla (manager) and the store refused to replace the drink that was made wrong. I am extremely upset and disappointe about having to go through such lengths to get a replacement/refund. I had to call cooperate. Mcayla said the caramel crunch pieces were free so I actually didn't loose anything. I ordered a Caramel Crunch Frap with a double shot of expresso. She made me feel horrible as a customer. I asked for a store manager and was told that she would not be back till Friday, IF she contacted me back at all this week because she is busy. Which made me think that Macala would not truly bother to even relay the information I gave her to get contacted back. I have my original cup with the sticker on the side. This is a terrible experience, I would not recommend this store to an enemy. Her tone of voice over the phone was rude and unsympathetic. When people buy a $10 coffee we are there for a good experience. This was anything but.

It's amazing the variation of prices from location to location for the same cup of coffee. $6.50 for a grande dark roast. Back home it's $2.65

We usually come here often but I will not be back after today, Lindsey made my experience so uncomfortable and unwelcoming she was very rude so rude that I was the one apologizing when I didn’t do anything wrong. I also dealt with that experience for nothing since my drink was also wrong but I wasn’t going back…

The ABSOLUTE WORST
They are always either out of things such as different milks, whip cream, pastries etc or machines are constantly broken seems it’s always something

The kape is good in and of itself but $7 for a medium macchiato is a bit much even for those of us that can afford it . It's unique. Starbucks represents a demarcation in our society. People that go there and people that don't and people who go there but should not.
I only go infrequently.

I order two venti acai refreshers no ice and when I paid and got my drinks. I was disappointed of what they gave me. If there where going to give me this drinks they shouldn’t charge me as venti’a should’ve charge me as a grande. Worst place not coming back. Disappointed at Starbucks.

If I could I would leave 0 stars , the service here is always terrible the drinks are made incorrectly and the baristas always have a nasty attitude. You’re better off driving 10 miles out of the way to go to the next Starbucks than to go to this location .

Only writing this hoping management will help their employees. This location is severely understaffed. The tables and floors are filthy because they don’t have time to clean. They’re begging their co workers to stay and help. This is extremely disturbing. I was in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes, parked and went inside and it took another 20 minutes to get my order. A coffee trip to Starbucks shouldn’t take 30 minutes. There were only 3 workers doing front register, drive thru, hot drinks, cold drinks and food. They kept apologizing for how long everything took when it’s not their fault they’re understaffed. Everyone who works there is very nice and friendly i hope they get some help soon
