I dont know how the food taste. I walked in to order and the guy pointed to the kiosk and asked if I could use. I said of course i could and walked out, walked next door to Arby's and ordered my food at the counter. You take the customer service out of customer service, you lose the customer.

Shout out to Greg the manager for tonight for being the absolute worst. And who ever was the speaker lady who claimed she was a manager and had the worst attitude possible. Closing a whole 2 hours early on New Year’s Eve/day. There should be no reason to be talking that way to every customer coming through the drive thru. NEVER go here. Claiming they’re not taking orders while there’s a whole line waiting and selecting who gets theirs and who doesn’t. Worst, absolute worst, Taco Bell ever. Everyone should be fired there and there will be corporate reports about this incident.

I was very unhappy with the food I got all my soft tacos were wet and it looked like they just through everything on at the same time and they also messed my soft tacos there were to be meat and cheese and I asked for extra sour cream instead they added to something else when I called them the lady who picked up said she made the food an there wasn't anything wrong if I didn't live to far from there I would have brought them back right away never had a problem like this before and the wait it felt like for ever and they weren't even that buesy

I went to pick up an order for Uber eats and the drive true was very busy so I had 3 cars behind me and another 3 cars in front of me then when I reached to the speaker the lady told me come inside then I was stuck in the queue and I can’t go anywhere then when I reached to the window I spoke to her that they treat Uber eats and Door Dash drivers badly then she said we have nothing to do with the drivers it’s a policy then I argued with her and she got another guy in duty and he closed the window in my face then I reported to the customer and Uber as well
So the point now is they always try to cover the gaps for pick up orders and ask the driver to come inside even if it’s raining outside
But I told her that if I come on my own as a customer you gonna serve me from the window so what is the difference between Uber or regular pick up and what policy they talk about
Any way I am not so proud of that branch

Even when they open at 9 am you can get taco party packs and chulipas at 9:05am

The owner of this franchise should be ashamed. Arrived and placed order 11:37am, still did not receive to go order at 12:07pm. Only saving grace was refund was given and Arby's next door had excellent food ready under 5 minutes.
