Will not take orders. Demand you do it on their kiosk only. Just wrong! Tired of these places taking human to human interaction away. Won't ever participate with this way.

The lady spent five minutes explaining to us how she couldn’t take our order unless it was an online order…. Just take the order? Makes no sense.

I went to pick up an order for Uber eats and the drive true was very busy so I had 3 cars behind me and another 3 cars in front of me then when I reached to the speaker the lady told me come inside then I was stuck in the queue and I can’t go anywhere then when I reached to the window I spoke to her that they treat Uber eats and Door Dash drivers badly then she said we have nothing to do with the drivers it’s a policy then I argued with her and she got another guy in duty and he closed the window in my face then I reported to the customer and Uber as well
So the point now is they always try to cover the gaps for pick up orders and ask the driver to come inside even if it’s raining outside
But I told her that if I come on my own as a customer you gonna serve me from the window so what is the difference between Uber or regular pick up and what policy they talk about
Any way I am not so proud of that branch

The owner of this franchise should be ashamed. Arrived and placed order 11:37am, still did not receive to go order at 12:07pm. Only saving grace was refund was given and Arby's next door had excellent food ready under 5 minutes.

The food is usually crappy and has a chemical taste to it but that was when their staff would actually serve you now they'll just stand there and look at you stupid for a half hour until they finally come and tell you you have to use the kiosk.

Tried to pick up an Uber Eats order and get something for myself. The people behind me ordered at the kiosk and were waiting patiently for their cups. The employee at the counter looked past me to inform them that they need to order at the kiosk for she doesn't have a cash register. Then she walked away...again they already ordered at the kiosk. No one acknowledged me to confirm I could pick up this order and those people were pretty annoyed they couldn't start drinking the sodas they already paid for. I left without ordering anything or picking up the Uber Eats order. I gave a higher rating because I've never had a problem later at night at the drive thru. Only issues are during dinner time in the lobby.

Closed store Early because “employees walked out” sat in front of building for 5 minutes longer, trying to cancel my DoorDash order… seen multiple employees… they just don’t want to make food. They’re sitting in the lobby eating tacos instead when the store is more than capable of running with just one person.
