Always great food and great service
Good food but nothin to special,
really like the popcorn shrimp though and the ketchup is good with the popcorn shrimp too. I do also love the atmosphere of the restaurant. Service was pretty fast.

When we arrived and asked if the rest of our party had arrived yet, the hostess said that she didn’t know, and asked if I’d like to walk around the restaurant to find them. Once our party did arrive, we were directed to an outdoor table covered in bugs with more bugs flying about our heads. When I complained, we were pointed to a second table outdoors that did not have enough chairs. The hostess disappeared. Another waitress rudely told us we couldn’t sit there as it was reserved for another party. When I responded that our table was unacceptable, she made faces at me. Should you decide to try Tarpon Turtle, be sure to ask for an indoor table or industrial strength bug spray.

So gross. Attacked by bugs starting in the parking lot and they are stuck all over the walls on the deck it was disgusting to look at while eating. Nobody at our table could drink their drinks because everything tasted like mildew and water tasted like poison. Fries likely sat from the night before. Ceviche was bone dry. Fried pickles tasted like straight salt. Coleslaw was sour and likely spoiling. It’s been a few years since we last ate here and we don’t remember it being this bad. We all left feeling nauseous 🤢
