Went last night and had another fantastic meal. It was “First Friday” and it was about to pour and we ran to The Bistro for shelter,drinks and what turned out to be an amazing experience. Fresh quality food prepared by a great chef and complimented by the most amazing staff in Tarpon Springs. As soon as we walked in Dan and Ania got us seated while the crowd kept coming. Scotty was our waiter and saw to our needs immediately. Keeping those cold cocktails coming while we cooled down and read the menu. Despite the restaurant being slammed with the FF crowd fleeing the storms they delivered a delicious fresh meal in a timely manner that lacked nothing in quality. You cant order wrong. But my favorite Osso Bucco. Fall off the bone in a one of a kind gravy. Every bite is a happy dance in your mouth.

Such a cute little spot in downtown Tarpon Springs and right next to the bike trail. I ordered the Tuscan Pizza but as a personal pizza. It is a white pizza with caramelized candied pears with Gorgonzola cheese, a cream sauce and spinach. This was very good! I loved that I was able to make it a personal size. Great service, ambiance, and food!

We went to another restaurant down the road initially with a southern flare and ended up leaving because it just want up our speed. We checked yelp and nearby was this restaurant. Looked fairly new on here but we gave it a chance. We love Italian food and this seemed like a small up and coming place. The appetizer we got was arancini balls (not sure if I spelled right, sorry). Delicious and glorious honestly a must have. Any pasta you order is made fresh and sauce game is superb. We went in a weekend so pretty packed but worth the wait time. Always ask you server for their favorite pasta or drink because they give great recommendations.

Had a birthday party here last night. TeTe was a fantastic server; we were never without and she was always right there to take care of us! I ordered the lasagna at her request and I was not disappointed. It was even enough food for lunch today! Everyone at our table loved what they ordered. Have a decent happy hour too. The only thing I don't like about this place is their hours of operation. I had scheduled this birthday party about a month in advance and then they changed their "summer hours" which affected the bday night for us so I had to change the date and we lost some ladies bc of it.

Last night was my first time there and it DEFINITELY WONT BE THE LAST!!! The food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! And Scottie our server was a breathe of fresh air! The only thing g I regret is not going here sooner!!!!

We had the bruschetta for a starter. Very well done. There is an extra charge for the bread, but it is definitely worth it! Both pastas were amazing, with huge servings - enough for two additional meals. The bolognese is very meaty. The special - Mediterranean pasta - would make a great regular menu item. And…do not forget the dessert. I would recommend the limoncello dessert to go if you can’t eat another bite!

We have been here several times in the past and absolutely loved it here and the mushroom ravioli. However last few times we’ve been here it’s definitely not as good? I do not like the new recipes! Sorry ?

Not sure what is going on with this place. We have attempted to go to this restaurant 3 separate times. They are always closed with a sign on the door. This time we called and made a reservation which they took and assured us they would indeed be open. When we arrived there was a note in the door. They are closed all weekend. Unbelievable!!! We quit!

The Bistro was recommended by locals and it did not disappoint. The service was fantastic and the Chicago fire pizza was superb. I enjoyed the atmosphere and friendliness of this place. Worth a return visit.
Server Brittany moved our seats away from a large party so we could have a quiet dinner. This was our first time here and she answered our questions and offered suggestions. The four of us all enjoyed our entrees and dessert selections. We will return again and again.

I can not believe I haven't reviewed this quaint Tarpon Springs restaurant yet. It is by far the only one I go to when it's someone's birthday, a date night, I want a glass of wine, or just want some Yummy appetizers while sitting at the bar listening to an acoustic jam set. I love the Greek nachos but also enjoy venturing out on their menu. Their meatballs are super yummy and all of their appetizers are nicely shareable. They have Great happy hour specials that I feel like I never take advantage of properly yet need to. The owner Dan and manager Ania have helped me plan everything from birthday parties to small events. I've always felt like this restaurant was just an extension of home.

Loved this place. Excellent customer service. Live music! The Food is so delicious, the pizza is so tasty. We were excited to try the lasagna and caramel pasta, but we arrived at 10:00 pm and the full menu is until 9:30 pm. (we didn't know). So....we will come back!!!

This is our favorite restaurant. The food is incredible and so are the servers and owners. The chef is always willing to accommodate personal requests: Drinks are fabulous and the entire vibe of the place is amazing. You are missing out if you don't eat here.
