Have waited a long long time to eat here, but always a long line and I simply dislike the wait. FINALLY today on good Friday there was no one. I parked fast and truly worth the months I've waited. The hostess, likely the owner was extremely pleasant. Chicken wrap was absolutely ? delicious, the tomatoes were fresh and the tzaziki sauce just perfect. It's a hole in the wall with the very best food. Forget Hellas just opposite, this Limani is superb. The outside searing is pleasant as well. Thank you, we will be back ! And will wait if need be ?

We tried the gyros sandwich, the pork souvlaki sandwich, and the feta fries. All 3 were AMAZING! There is an outside, water front, covered area to eat if desired. - - We got ours to go and took it to the near by Tarpon Springs distillery for a laid back picnic and drinks in their courtyard. We highly recommend the combo!

Did a solo trip and visited some shops as my first time. Was craving some fish, found this little spot along the docks and really enjoyed both the atmosphere and the food! The fish was SUPER fresh and cooked perfectly. Will be back to try their gyros!

I'm sorry to George for not posting a review sooner. This has been the go-to place for my father and I for the past 25 years. Thee best pitas on the Sponge docks...hands down. It's not a full service sit down restaurant, but it's got the basics...n it's Da ?!!!It's outside seating, right along the river. It's got covered and uncovered seating so you can enjoy the elements of a beautiful Florida day...or protection from the elements on a hot summer day. Cash only, but there is ATM right in front. Extra meat for a few extra bucks is well worth it for my go to of the pork souvlaki.The Feta Fries are a MUST!!Parking: There are a couple handicapped spaces right in front. Best of luck finding it empty. The window is only a handful of steps from the road, a little ramp that makes it easily accessible.Kid-friendliness: Kids love the seagulls and pelicans that on the stumps of the docs. You're not supposed to feed them...but we do...???A seagull pooped right on my forehead a couple years ago!! At least he waited till we were done eating...?Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible by wheelchairs.

We absolutely love this place. If you like Greek food, you will love Limani's. Located dockside right at the sponge dock's in tarpon Springs. Fun atmosphere and the food is fabulous. I have to stop by and get a gyro whenever we go to Tarpon. Best Gyros around.

Awful staff, woman at cash register, didn't even acknowledge me standing in front of her to take the order. She was rude. I do not recommend this buisness.
Today, I asked the woman taking the order a quick question on the menu and she was extremely rude and disrespectful. She told me to go read the menu and see what it says in a condescending manner, so my husband and I left. I’m not familiar with Greek foods but I certainly would not support any buisness with rude staff especially when someone is interested in purchasing. Why do owners hire such people, I don’t know. I don’t know if it’s because I’m colored, she might be racist!It’s not okay to do this!

Pita sandwiches and salads are fresh and delivious…fried foods are just okay. Service was terrible. After seeing several other partied who were behind us in line receive their food, I inquired about ours. I was snipped at, being told to wait and they have a process and thats why they have a line. Apparently, their line isn’t straight and its okay to yell at customers. *sigh*. I loved my veggie pita, but couldn’t relax and enjoy it.
Best Gyros on the Docks or nearby... Good prices (cash only), there is a MAC machine. Eat by the Anclote River. Gets crowded.

Freezer food. False advertising. Told me they’re wild caught gulf shrimp but they’re frozen butterflied farm raised. The cod is also pre frozen like you’d buy from the grocery store. I don’t understand the good reviews.
