The girl taking my order did not acknowledge me at all I came to the counter and said how’s it going she said nothing. I waited and she didnt even ask me what can I get for you just gave me a weird look. She said nothing. So rude so unwelcoming. Then proceeded to question my order.

Sophia is hands down the best and taste being consistent everytime! I don’t even need to go into my order because Sophia starts making my food and smoothie. Please be sure Sophia is considering ma abets, etc. :)
Clean with fun music and an energetic team who love to have fun and play around. Makes for a great atmosphere. Quick service and the food and smoothies are spot on! They have a great selection of warm bites too! Oh and try one of the new flavored edible straws. Totally worth it!

Jackie the manager at the Tarpon Springs location is horrible. Terrible customer service and she's rude and condescending. After ordering 2 smoothies and getting back onto US 19 we realized that the one smoothie did not have coffee and the other one wasn't a protein smoothie. We put in the fridge to return the next morning. I asked Jackie for a full refund because they weren't correct nor did we drink any of their product. She refused refund but put my name in a refund book. Today when I went in to pick up 2 smoothies she refused and was rude. I asked for the owners information she said call the store and good luck getting a hold of him.
Second time there, smoothie was delicious, but the service was so-so. The girl at the register was not welcoming and did not greet us, and the others making the smoothie didn’t acknowledge us. They didn’t look happy.

Been coming here for a couple years, absolutely LOVE the mango, pineapple smoothie. Since May 2023, there are BIG changes to the customer service, maybe new ownership? June 2023 I was treated so poorly, and spoken to SO rudely, I may have even gotten an eye roll when I asked for an immune booster LOL… I said I’d never be back. Sept 2023, my mom wants to try it, we go back. I walk in, 3 separate people look at me and all ignore me and go back to what they’re doing. No one is in line. 1 table has people eating. The same woman who was extremely rude to me the last time, kept her back to me and ignored me completely. I sat there for a solid 2 minutes without anyone saying anything to me, smiling at me, signaling “one second” lol.. I mean NOTHING! … i walked out. Calmly and collectively. :) I’m done with this place. I’ll take my money somewhere else.
