We had our anniversary dinner here and I am so grateful for Ania's help to get everything set up. Everything was perfect! The food was incredible, Melissa our server was great, and the cocktails were generously poured! Terrific atmosphere. Best of TS.
I absolutely love The Bistro in Tarpon Springs. Every time I’ve gone, the food has been excellent, with a menu full of great choices to fit any mood. The atmosphere is what really makes it special — whether you’re out casually with friends or on a date, it always feels welcoming and enjoyable.

Amazing dinner tonight at the bistro! 5 star experience - the atmosphere is lively, the staff were friendly and attentive, the drinks/apps/entrees all delicious. We can’t wait to go back. Photos are the salmon special entree and the lasagna.
