Tried the spicy chicken sandwich here. It's been a while since I've eaten at Wendy's. Not sure whats happening to the quality of Chicken. They used to have great chicken sandwiches.

This location says it’s open till 1am but we went there at 10:58 pm and the staff was sitting around in side and said they were closed so they could put their food truck away!!
Food truck comes once a week , so I guess they close early one a week with out letting their customers know!!

This Wendy's was on point but I will say Wendy's overall is really going down hill, especially locations in brandon.
I had a small problem. With a Wendy's order I came back today to complain The young lady Octavia, the manager took really good care of me and made everything right.... I hope her boss will read this because she's an excellent employee.Thank you octavia

Went there around 11 at night. I waited 12 minutes before someone even spoke to me to take my order then cuts me off in the middle of my order to tell me I need to give her a second. She’s comes back 5 minutes later and lets me continue on with my order. After I got my order I pulled into the parking lot of this establishment and began to eat my food since I’ve been driving majority of the day and wanted to stop and eat. The food was about as cold as my drink. I was so very upset I waiting so long in that line for cold food? The cheese on my chicken sandwich didn’t even begin to melt which was just showed how cold the food was.
