Just so you know I very rarely give bad reviews to any place but I am going to give you one today because you deserve it. Honestly how hard is it to not put sugar in UNSWEET iced tea ? I STATED UNSWEET TEA AND THEN SAID NO SUGAR PLEASE because I know you guys lack in listening skills.. I haven't been there in about a year because no one listens in the Drive-Thru. it's all a joke to you guys so I thought well I'll give them another chance but sadly again either your listening skills are subpar or you just don't give a darn.You guys definitely don't deserve 15/hr or whatever you're making bc you can't even handle a simple iced tea order. Unbelievable and now I'm stuck with tea that tastes like sugar sludge. I want my money back.Sadly Wendy's was always considered the best of fast food and the highest quality with the best service but it has truly gone downhill since covid and I just don't get it and it's not just your store it's also the one on Tampa road you both stink.

Place, unfortunately, is always understaffed. The people in there are trying but they clearly need help. I've gotten a few DT orders here and not til I get home or to work do I get to see and often my order is completely wrong.

I ate there last night. Ordered the chili and a double cheeseburger. The chili tasted VERY acidic but I ate it anyway and here I am the next morning with a stomach bug. Don’t eat from here unless you want a stomach virus. Ps I’m fighting for my life every 5 minutes on the commode. The manager was extremely nice however. I got there around the time they closed the doors and she allowed me to dine in with no hesitation. As far as sanitation, I doubt they are washing their hands. Otherwise I wouldn’t be in this situation.

New fish sandwich was over fried, thin, and more breading then fish. The fries were older and not very warm. We ate lunch there at 12:30 so fries should have been fresher. One sida machine had no ice and soda tasted funny. Worst Wendy's food we've ever had. Definitely won't go back.
Got 50 nugget platter. Older nuggets definitely sat out a while but still decent. It's Wendy's always decent.

$9.19 for a double cheeseburger with a peice of bacon no fries and no drink and a fish sandwich by itself cold very thin with a pickle and a piece of wilted lettuce 17.00 what can I say I was hungry and I was desperate it will never happen again this was after I had to get back in line because the fish sandwich was not in the bag that I paid for !
You gotta try the Chili- cheese fries!!!
