I only went thru the drive thru in Tavares. The place looks filthy. Fish sandwich was not thoroughly cooked and dripping in grease. The cheeseburger meat was old and the whole sandwich was not very appealing and had no taste. One and done with this place. And not that friendly either.

This place is dirty inside and out! We ate outside. The stench of garbage filled the air. Inside waiting for my order I observed the kitchen to be dirty as well as the dining area. The burgers were bland, put together without care and the fries were greasy and not appealing. In my opinion $25 was a high price for little value. The dog didn’t even want the beef patty. 1. Power wash and sanitize the outside refuse bins. Replace those that have broken lids. 2. Power wash the metal umbrellas, stone tables and surrounding pavers. 3. Deep clean the kitchen and dining area. 4. Enforce your cleaning and sanitation protocols. 5. The cooler that has a sign that indicates that unit does not work, repair or replace it.
Very disappointed and will never visit another Checkers again. There are much better choices in regard to quality and value.
As a former Chef and food service professional I would be ashamed of the condition of this restaurant. It is evident that the employees just don’t care.

Food was what it always is which is ok and what I expect when I order from here. Floors were super sticky and the young lady that took my order was yawning and could tell they had rather everyone go through the drive tru. Not rude but very disinterested in being there.

Food is always good at this checkers it's a little bit of a drive for me but I don't mind making it because I know the food is going to be worth it and the service is always with a smile

The guy working today is working alone but still able to stay working with a positive attitude you need to promote this man and give him a raise for going over and beyond to keep the restaurant open!!!!!!!!!!
The roof has a water leak, and the chicken was burnt. the trash can is also very dirty
