Friday night I ordered a medium pizza and a cheese steak sandwich. The ordered took a lot longer than expected to be delivered. When it finally arrived the pizza was cold and stuck to the top of the box. And the sandwich was so over cooked that I could barely recognize it. This is highly unusual for this store, but I feel you need to know about it. Normally I would ignore this, but I feel like I wasted my money.
my order was sent wrong due to the CSR not paying attention when I placed my order. Then when I called the store to tell them my order was wrong the manager Ethan was rude and didn't even want to hear complaints. he told me he didn't want to argue with me when I was just trying to explain what was wrong with my order so I just cancelled it.
Worst Domino's Store with the absolutely worst Manager Eathan ... rude and arrogant ... terrible customer Service when they made a mistake ... I am a very frequent Customer and have spent a lot of money with Domino's but that's over.
Thankfully there are other options ... I'm filing an official complaint with Domino's Corporate Office ....
