Drive thru was friendly for the order however gave me my dozen doughnuts and when I opened the box there were only 11 and mostly plain. Which whatever I said mixed my fault for not saying not all plain. But you can’t count to 12? Went in to collect other doughnut and was told by bother workers to go to the other to get the missing one. After 15 minutes of waiting I left without the other doughnut - they clearly didn’t care

The donuts you have here are so pathetic. You should be ashamed of yourself all the other stores have more icing more sprinkles your donuts have nothing inside of them yet you double the price you need to do better as an owner. The staff are amazing but your just being greedy

Well let's start off the men's bathroom was nasty i wouldn't let my dog use it. That should have been the first clue. Then we went to get some donuts but they didn't have very many this was at 9 in the morning so we got some munchkins plan and glazed a coffee. The coffee was like water the munchkins were as hard as a rock or leftovers from a couple of days ago . I can only hope they close this one down

How hard is it to make the coffee the right way every time? Every time I come here, the coffee always taste different, Even when I order the same thing almost every time. I always ask for less ice and they fill the top with ice. I am Very much a coffee person, So it sucks that I have to hold my breath, hoping that my coffee will be good. There is a way to make the coffee and it just doesn’t make sense to me that it is literally different 98% of the time. I gave two stars because the service is nice and the people are friendly usually, But come on, do better.

First Dunkin I’ve been to that won’t split a dozen donuts into two separate boxes of 6 for me. $13.99 for 12 donuts and can’t give me two boxes?

I have been a Dunkin fan for many years . This one in Tavares is definitely the worst one I have ever been to . The customer is always wrong ! I quit going there . Very poor management. Sad !
