Waited over 15 minutes for a NOT toasted bagel. They brought a toasted bagel, they also got the wrong donut holes for the kid. And the coffee tastes off. They used to be great with service but the last couple months it’s slow as heck and orders constantly wrong.

truly, zero stars is not an option. i came through this morning with my dad, we ordered two drinks. A large hot coffee, and a medium mint tea. They firstly charge us for two large drinks, and then gave us major attitude during the ordering process and when trying to get it corrected. instead of refunding our card or giving us what they charged us for, the three 43¢ at us and were super dismissive. i understand being busy, but is it worth rushing people if your product isn’t quality? it took three people to attempt to correct their mistake and yet the coffee is watered down and the tea isn’t even that great. won’t come here again

Very busy at this time. The employees were busting their butts.. so be patient..we had to wait for a whole pot of coffee to be brewed for a box of Joe. So our wait time was almost 20 mind from the time we placed our order. But the entire time the drive thru and inside customers were non stop.

I wanna give a shout out to Laquita - This woman has the best energy and the biggest smile and Will enlighten your day guaranteed y’all need to come in and see her. I was just there. I dropped off for food and I remember her from the past and we got to talking and I just enjoyed the time. I’ll definitely come back. The food was good and more importantly, she’ll deal with angry rude customers with a smile on her face and that goes a long way this lady needs a raise for sure

As someone who used to work at Dunkin’ Donuts, this is a HORRIBLE representation of what Dunkin’ is supposed to be. Very few nice staff left the rest are lazy and rude INCLUDING MANAGERS. They wouldn’t customize my food whatsoever and had a crappy excuse as to why. This location literally just DOES NOT CARE and seems like they not only hate their jobs but their lives… just sad. Drive 10 minutes down the road to a different location. Trust me, you will STILL get your food/drinks quicker even if this location is closer.
