This is my #1 go-to Chinese restaurant that Lake County has to offer. It’s so hard to say what’d the best thing to get there since they’re all so good, but I would have to say the General tso chicken or Sweet and Sour chicken being my kid’s favorites! It’s easy to understand why it’s loved by many locals in the area for nearly a decade, since their food is always fresh and consistent
Throughout these years of going there, I’ve noticed the amount of care they have for their community, especially local teachers and school staff for all they do for their family and many others. Around the dining room shows pictures and letters of their yearly teacher appreciation catering, which they’ve quietly done for years!
No doubt in my mind that this is a hardworking family business that is opened every day of the year; it shows greatly in the quality!

Absolutely the Best Chinese food around! I am constantly amazed at how their food is Consistently delicious throughout the years. This family takes such pride in their business and it shows. Each person is always working, they’re all always polite, and you can even see in the kitchen that they are very diligent cleaners as well. To top it all off, this small family owned business GIVES BACK TO THE COMMUNITY! If you haven’t tried their food yet, please do and be as amazed as I am by the food and the people!

I have been going here for years, and in my opinion, the food is of very good quality. The customer service is excellent, and above all the place has a warm, welcoming environment to all that enter inside. Overall, I give this restaurant establishment a five out of five stars in all categories.
I strongly recommend it to anyone who likes Chinese fast food!

This is by far my favorite Chinese restaurant! I’ll be honest — the first time I ordered here, I accidentally ordered chow mein thinking it was the stir-fried egg noodles that big chains like Panda Express popularized. When I opened the container and saw only vegetables and chicken in a white sauce with a pack of crispy noodles being the noodles in sight and the pork fried rice that I had swapped out for instead of white rice, I realized I ordered the wrong thing, but that was completely my fault. I still tried it, and it was actually pretty good especially with their delicious pork fried rice and a few of their appetizers— just not what I was really craving from that much that day.
Later, I did some digging online and learned that there are actually two styles of chow mein. The version most people are familiar with is the stir-fried noodle version, but the one this restaurant (and many East Coast spots) serve is the classic New York–style: stir-fried vegetables and protein meant to be laying on a “bed” of crispy noodles and white rice. IF you search “chow mein” normally, you mostly see the usual West Coast results, but if you look up “New York–style chow mein,” “East Coast chow mein,” or “old-school Chinese takeout chow mein,” you’ll see exactly what they serve here. The funny thing is they even have photos of both chow mein and lo mein right on the wall, and I just didn’t notice the text next to their name saying “Authentic New York Style Chinese Cuisine.” So if you’re in the mood for stir-fried egg noodles, make sure you order lo mein; if you want real New York–style chow mein, then order the chow mein. Once you know the difference, everything makes perfect sense!
*They also have these cute fancy bags that are also insulated!*

The cook and the person up front were screaming at each other and throwing pans and who knows what else. There was myself and others waiting to get the food. This was my first time there, I WILL MOT BE BACK
If they are going to do stuff like that they need to do it in private
The food was just ok

Ordered take out through UberEats and our meal was delicious! True New York Style Chinese, the best kind. I loved the Egg Drop Soup and Sesame Chicken. Their delivery bag took me by surprise by how cool it was, insulated and everything! Will be returning.

Called at 2:50 to order lunch. They said they stopped selling lunch at 3 but sometimes they stop sooner. I just don’t understand because it’s the same food just different portion sizes. Great food but customer service is a 0.

Very impressed with this place. They have a full team in the kitchen and at the desk and EVERYONE is staying busy the whole time. No playing on phones laughing and playing like you see every where. They run a tight ship and it shows. Very clean, fast, and good.

Their lunch specials are the best ever! Portions are enough for the 2 of us. We especially LOVE their Egg Foo Young. Service is fast. Not a fancy dining room but we always do takeout.

I have ordered there since 2018, never had any problems until 1/17. I ordered shrimp lo mien , my wife had vegetable lo mien . The sauce they had was overcooked and extremely hot and thick. We both ate it until we started to get nausea feeling. I took it back the next day, the cook was speaking to me very loudly and aggressively, all I wanted was to replace it. Needless to say he picked up the phone and was going to call the police. The other items we got were good. He gave me part of the cost and told me to go…He sounded like the soup nazi on Seinfeld. Sad day for me…
