I enjoyed my sope meal...never saw them offered as a meal before. The rice was a rice pilaf , not like Spanish rice that I usually see at restaurants. It was good though. My companion ordered the Tuesday taco special. It seemed to be a good value. She commented on how thick and tasty the complimentary salsa was with the chips. Service was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is is a little stodgy and a bit dreary but the seating is comfortable.
One of the best authentic Mexican restaurants around. Eddy does a great job and makes good drinks. The kitchen can be slow at times but the food is worth it. The absolute best refried beans you can find in any restaurant, you can tell they are made from scratch. Good selection of Tequila and draft beer.
Stopped here for lunch today. The decor is very nice and clean. Service was great. The food was fantastic. We had the Mexican style tacos. Never had them that way but much better than the American style.
