I had the idea today of a food truck for biscuits and gravy. And how maybe even grits etc Think how McDonald’s in Umatilla has biscuits and gravy and sell out all the time. I’m happy to see the food truck idea alive and I hope when I make it there soon I’m also blown away myself since all the reviews say I should love everything.

Wow! I drove by on new year's eve day ... craving biscuits and gravy. I was hoping for an amazing food truck experience, but would have settled for standard B&G.Not trying to exaggerate, but these were the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had. The gravy was definitely done on the spot and not the standard gooey white stuff with some pepper on it. The biscuits were very hearty and fresh. My Jambalaya was delivered so I did not visit the food truck. The Jambalaya had great potential had it not been served in a bare cardboard box with no lining. The result was a potentially good meal that smelled and tasted like cardboard.
