A very talented gentleman started this place some years back when I first went looking for a cigar after our pilot brought us into puddle jumpers. Ever since it has been my favorite place to go. When I visit Mount Dora, Tavares, Eustis or Leesburg. My wife does not like cigar bars but she absolutely loves this place. My French bulldog absolutely felt at home. I can enjoy a cigar with out her getting overwhelmed by stale smoke. The air flow is just perfect here and has a very Florida room feeling when around the bar. Very comfortable in the summer and super cozy in the winter months with the fire tower heaters that are here. The humidor is well maintained, you might not find everything here but the cigar selection is excellent. Proper range of beers and wines for pairing with cigars. After a nice day of fishing out on the lake and some burgers or steaks near by this place is the best time spent for a beautiful evening.

This is the best spot for grabbing a glass of wine, a nice cigar and meeting new people. We have to travel to get to Hemingways, but it's always clear that this is a happy local haunt.

I can't believe I'm writing this ridiculous review. Stopped by this place after a really tough Christmas day for a couple of beers. I ended up drinking 4 beers and tabbed out. Bartender told me it was $10 and some change. I even confirmed because that seemed kinda low to me, but I was assured it was correct. I payed with card and pulled a $20 out to tip because I thought I was a good deal and they were working Christmas etc.Check my account the next day and they charged me 25 bucks. So I guess I tipped 35 dollars on a 10 dollar tab.I don't really care enough to go get a refund, just thought people should know to pay cash here since it's a pretty low class joint apparently.
