Again i’m writing another review today for the same guy-> Jon is the only one working here at the moment and he is going above and beyond the fact that he is the only one working here with so many orders. Today my order was waiting on me! Way to go, Jon thank you for your service!!think they need to add at least two more employees at this establishment the food and everything is good however Jon is working 2 to 3 jobs at one time. They Absolutely need more employees. It’s usually like this at other hungry Howie’s as well. Hello, I am back about two weeks later and I just wanna give a shout out to Courtney And Taylor. They are both going above and beyond even though they are swamped with orders they had mine ready to go and I’ve seen them dealing with people that are rude with a smile on their face carrying themselves like they are at peace and I know it is a stressful job, especially when you need more employees to help with that being said they are handling everything better than any of the other hungry Howie cheers to them come in and order your pizza. It will be hot and ready and not like Little Caesars

I placed an order on 4-12 6:07 pm. 1 large veggie, 1 medium bacon cheddar burger. Took 45 min no big deal normal delivery time. Received order at 6:45, called store at 6:47 order was wrong, spoke with a gentleman, explained that I did in fact Receive the large veggie, however I got a BBQ chicken in error. He asked me do I want a refund or do I want the correct pizza delivered. My husband was looking forward to the bacon cheddar and I asked if they could deliver the correct pizza, he said yes, and that it would be about 45 min... I said ok. I called the store back at around 8:00 pm when pizza never came. Spoke with a girl and she said same thing, do you want a refund or pizza delivered as it would take about an hour, I explained i have already been waiting the hour on the redelivery and had already called in about the error. At this point my husband was very upset and wanted a refund. I was told she can not authorize a refund! I asked who can? She said only the owner. OK what is his name? His name is Pat, can I have his last name? Oh I don't really know it! Then she said she could give us a store credit for the next time we order. This is so crazy. Who signs the pay checks over there? Who is in charge? I am so disappointed in this Hungry howies location US Hwy 19 Tavares store# 3074. Why do they ask if you want a refund or the pizza redelivery if they won't do either of those options. My husband is not a veggie type of person and he don't like BBQ sauce, so he made himself a sandwich and took his blood pressure medication. Thanks Hungry Howies my husband's one cheat night for the week on his diet and he got cheated nice!
