It features a nice bar down by the lake, very relaxing with a beautiful setting and great music. Service is highly praised, with friendly staff like Ella, who goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. The outdoor area is wonderful, with a new gazebo beside the building and a walkway behind the bar where dogs are welcome. Parking options include going through the boat ramp parking lot onto the grass in front of the Mt Dora cruise dock. The food is reported to be "pretty good," with some favorites being the fish and chips, which are delicious, and generous portions. The atmosphere is enhanced by the live music, and visitors can sit by the water with their pets. However, not all experiences are perfect; one recent visit for nachos was disappointing, with soggy chips and poor presentation, unlike the enjoyable nachos served at other times.
