I absolutely adore this charming tiki beach bar for its inviting atmosphere, situated by the lake with breathtaking sunsets that create the perfect backdrop. The food and drinks are just as delightful, making it a must-visit spot. Easy access by water, golf cart, cars and seaplane.

My wife & I drive up from Orlando to KBB,we love the Food & location on the Lake! Entertainment wise we enjoy the different Bands! One in particular Blackwater Gold Rush with Awesome lead singer Stephanie Stone!!!
My husband and I actually met here 10 years ago, I used to work here and we returned last week around 6pm for a date night. You canāt beat the view and the place looks amazing!! It was obviously a seat yourself situation, weād noticed the bartender notice us so we took our time, picked our table (took a bit because theyāre all covered in bird poop) and then we waited ā¦ with no, hi be right over, or anything, she just chilled at the end of the bar finishing her conversation. Then we were āgreetedā with the bartender saying āmenusā as the she placed them and silverware on the table. Only after she started walking away did she rememberā¦ turn around and say ādid you want something to drink?ā Unfortunately, this is the kind of service we expect when we come here so we were prepared with our order and tried to laugh off the terrible service. The fried pickles were overflowing out of the basket and paired with the worldās smallest ranch ā¦ they were awesome but after about 6 we were out of ranch and our server didnāt come by again until she had our food so we could ask for more. Our food was missing items and looked completely ridiculous with a huge piece of fish on a hotdog bun ā¦but it was all very tasty. Also worth noting, the music being played by the bartender did NOT correspond with the bar crowd. It was so awkward and seeing that it was her choosing it was very cringe. When she dropped the check she had her phone in her hand and was using it ā¦ didnāt say thank you. Didnāt even make eye contact, never mind the fact that I couldnāt get another drink because she didnāt return to the table, or that both of our dinner plates were missing food. I couldnāt tell you her name as I was never told but she really should consider a new career path seeing as how she couldnāt be further from a people person. So the atmosphere would be awesome with crowd appropriate music and the food is delicious but this service was absolutely the worst Iāve ever had and for that we can no longer support this business.

We sat at the bar n we were ignored by the bartender Tues the 21st. She refused to multi task.Teo beers was what we were trying to order,your untalented staff is costing you money.Thats the second time we have tried to enjoy your bar.Your bartenders are not allowing that to happen.Who is hiring the service ppl w no service skills is the question.
