With the exception of the incredible customer service from the young African American gentleman working this morning (2/22/25) - this has to be the most appalling McDonalds location I’ve ever been to in my life. Ive waited a shorter period of time and witnessed more angry people at the DMV than this McDonalds location. I wasn’t the one to ask for the manager but was present to be able to witness the “TikTok viral” worthy individual that was “managing” at the time....read full review
They had me pull into a waiting space and completely forgot about the order. I walked in 25 minutes later and they still had not made the food. They had to ring in the food again and remake everything. Might be understandable if they were short staffed but there were a dozen employees at an off peak time. No one said sorry, just threw (quite literally) my food in the bag and handed it to me. The food was all over the bag. Terrible all around.
Seeing these reviews, no one is listening. I concur with most, this is, by far, the worst McDonald’s I have ever experienced!
Cold food, burn bun, terrible service, NO courtesy what so ever. Over-flowing trash can, ignored by all employees that walked by.
