This place has a great big sight out front that say open 24 hrs a day,, I stoped by at1:04 am on april16th the place was fully lit up including the drive thru menu,, I waited in the drive thru for about 15 minutes until the car behind me started blowing his horn,, I finally pulled to the window hoping to place my order there and nobody showed to help me so I tried going inside and it was locked up, I started to wonder if they were getting robbed so I pulled around again and stayed blowing my horn, a lady ca around the corner and ran her hands under her throat like they were closed , I motioned for her to come to the window and she just gave me a very sarcastic look and walked the other way,, this is some very poor training of employees,, I have love McDonald’s every since I was a kid but I will never go back to this store ever again even though it’s only 5 minutes from my house,, McDonald’s is definitely going down hill,, WHAT A SHAME !!

My burger was a mess!! The cheese, burger, Mayo was all over the place.. It looked like they just pulled it out of the trash! The French fries were cold!! And to think that I paid over $10.00 dollar for this meal! What a crime!!

The employee tossed my bag of food to the counter as if i was a dog. He was very nasty and made me wait 10 mins to pay for a cup. That McDonald's is the worst

After coming to this location for the past 5 years, today was the day that showed me I shouldn't go back. I handed exact change to cashier and she insisted that I only gave her 3 pennies not the 12 cents I know I have her. I am also in the hospitality industry. This behavior was unacceptable. I mentioned twice that I had given her $20.12 and my bill was $11.12. Why would I give her 3 pennies? And if that's the case why not ask if that's the change I wanted to give? Or open the register just to check if there was indeed a dime in the pennies. Or grab a manager? Train your people, it actually maybe the difference in keeping a customer or simply loosing them because of the behavior your staff possess.
I really like McDonalds, but honestly, this McDonald's was very poor in customer service, The trash bin was full, and the tables were dirty. What really got to me was that there were only two more customers, so they weren't busy but lazy in cleaning.

Not the worst McDonald's in the world but if managers don't start taking an active roll in showing how to keep things moving smoothly this location will suffer greatly. I try to get my food from any other location that this because it lacks leadership.

I don't know why they still haven't changed the time they open & close.They aren't 24/7.Also, something is always "broken" or "shut down".They just don't want to clean anything & are always short staffed.The manager is the only nice person there that actually tries to get the order correct.The food is way over priced.Go to Culver's or Sonic.The food is better & more affordable.I have never heard them say, "it's broken", "shut down", or "we aren't currently serving that".

I've been buying breakfast for over a month at this location, and I'm so disappointed that it made me do this review. The service is horrible multiple times. I order something like an egg Mcmufin with nothing else, and it takes them forever to serve you. Also, when you get your order, the food is cold. Today, for the second time, I ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes and received a big breakfast with a hamburger meat instead of sausage. Last time, they forgot to give me the syrup and utensils. It's always something horrible place. I tried calling to speak with a manager, but they don't pick up the phone, nor are you able to leave a message. Avoid this location. I'm sure their are other McDonald's nearby that do a much better job.
