Stopped by for a quick bite way past my normal dinner time. We were greeted immediately and by friendly staff. So nice for young people to be so respectful! We ordered at the counter and the order came out quickly. Food was hot. š. (We also like how the dining area has a unique ceiling and the tiled walls make the atmosphere so much more pleasant than other fast food places.)

I ordered in the app and arrived too early to pickup. They told me to come back at the time it said in the app. I came back at exactly that timeā¦9 minutes laterā¦ All my food was cold. So they couldnāt make it nine minutes early but prob made it 8 minutes early then it sat and was cold by the time I got it.

my meals are always right and staff always pleasant. Before the app change were always ready when I needed them to be. With no exact lunch hour it's going to be hard to commit to the time now but I know that's not on the employees. Really hope the app gets fixed or I'll have to choose a more convenient stop for lunch.

ANYBODY AND EVERYBODY DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEW LEFT BY TYLER. Kyle is my husband. The review left by Tyler is falsely trying to slander his name. The reasons I know this are as follows;
1. Kyle didn't wear his name tag. So someone would have had to give him Kyle's name and he already said he didn't go back inside.
2. Kyle was friendly with EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER. I don't know if Tyler's wife just said Kyle was hitting on her and ran with it or what, but kindness isn't flirting. Society nowadays can't seem to get a grip on that concept.
3. One of the employees there falsely accused of him of making remarks about her that were sexual in nature right before Tyler's review was made. I know Kyle didn't say things like that about the Employee because he would constantly complain about her and talk about how he dislikes her.
This feels like someone associated with that employee that was trying to set him up to make him look guilty. I would also like to add that an investigation was done on that claim by upper management and absolutely nothing was found. DO NOT BUY INTO THE SLANDEROUS REVIEW LEFT BY TYLER.

All depends which one we stop at. The one on 441 in Leesburg is terrible but the one on 19 in Tavares is great.

Wrong order, left out items , didn't realize until got home, spouse left hungry and upset. Menu selections not clear enough, not enough options, what we ask for is not what we get, but still get charged for
Vegetarian options: Don't get food for dinner unless you're on a diet, not enough food, but you'll pay a lot more, but if you want an expensive snack Taco Bell is the place for you

How to use the site a couple of times because Mount Dora was closed, accidentally online ordered from the site and they have no way of canceling it... More of a Taco Bell app complaints then site complaints, the staff was not very nice and helping me...

Taco Bell your new app checkin system sucks with a 20 min and over wait time and the employees didnāt give a crap to help, they canāt see my name until check in time, then the check in number serves no purpose! I donāt like you anymore at all, the employees are frustrated, the other customers are frustrated and your forcing me to order the old school way and not use the app so I donāt use my freebies or get the deals! It makes no sense I get my food in 5 min in drive thru or order in the app and wait over 20 min! Huh?! Then to top it off they couldnāt help me inside and said I can only order on the touch screens and not at the register and they still canāt help with my order on the app and I had to go through the drive thru!
