Una tortilla de harina de 10" rellena de mozzarella y birria. Cubierta con cebollas moradas y cilantro. Viene con consome que lleva cebolla morada y cilantro. Birria es carne guisada. El jugo de la birria se USA para preparar el consome. Podemos sustituir la birria por cerdo o pollo. Usamos quesapara diferenciar los tacos regulares (norteno, nayarit, etc.) con birria de los de quesabirria (preparados con mozzarella). A 10" flour tortilla filled with mozzarella and birria. Topped with red onions and cilantro. Comes with broth for dip that has red onion and cilantro in it. Birria is beef cooked like a stew. The juice from the birria is used to make the broth for dip. We can substitute the birria for pork or chicken. We use "quesa" to differentiate the regular tacos (norteno, nayarit, etc.) with birria from our quesa birria ones (made with mozzarella).

Omgsh best tacos in town! Friendliest staff and great environment! We also had Taco Time recently at a wedding. It was so good! Everyone enjoyed it for firsts, seconds, and thirds!!

What an awesome little shop. The food is mindblowing. Such authentic preparation, presentation, and flavors. Alma and Jose have such great hearts. Had a great conversation with them. They were doing a backpack drive for local kids. I insisted on contributing to their efforts. They we so humble in accepting. Hands down worth the effort to come here if you're in the area.
