This place is authentic, if you are looking for bland and chain restaurant Mexican food, this is not your place. I lived in south Texas and let me tell you, this is the closest I have had since we moved to Florida 5 years ago. My only wish is that they did breakfast tacos. Tamales and menudo are amazing, quesadillas are an inch thick and they have some of the best chorizo I have ever had.

Aguas frescas and paletas are available. Tacos are original style street tacos with onion and cilantro, and burritos are large and filled to the brim. Pozole is available on the weekends.
