We were hoping for homemade ice cream and it was just Hershey's, which isn't bad, but not what we were expecting. The prices are good, but the ice cream was kind of melty. Overall an ok experience.

Been coming here for years. I was advised by the clerk (Allie), that I was no longer allowed to do business because of a poor review she received over 5 years ago. NOT EVEN made by me. I wish she would have told me this before I paid for my ice-cream. I guess poor reviews made by others get you banded. I have been in the F&B business over 30 years and have never banded anyone for a poor review. Quite the opposite, we resolve and welcome the opportunity to turn it around. We will happily go to Poppy's a couple blocks away since my business isn't welcomed according to the clerk, Allie. So my honest review is poor customer service. Unprofessional, immature staff. The coolers need to be brought to temp because the ice-cream is soft and it's not soft serve.
