The worse experience when all I ordered was a whopper Jr with cheese the literally threw it in the bag and I took it back because the refused to answer the phone. Instead of apologizing she tried to argue with me about ordering another burger. I even said I would pay extra for a whopper instead and she refused. Then finally gave me a replacement, I open it and it looks like someone spit on top of the bread. Long story short I am going to bed hungry because I am grossed out by the customer service and the burger.

Went to the location at 9:45 to order inside but take to go and they had the doors locked but the signs says the dining area is open until 10pm. This location always has issues like this. We’ve seen them close up at 11pm. Manager doesn’t give a shit about their customers. Every time we’ve gone to this location, the staff and managers are rude. This one is just closer to our home but we will going out of our way to go to the other location on Fowler.
