The lady working the drive thru was very sweet. She had long red hair and a smile that was very welcoming. Her attitude was perfect and she spoke to me like we're friends forever lol. She's a asset to be and I hope they realize it. 😊

It's not very often I eat fast food and when I do, I'm left disappointed. I was in the area, had a taste for BK and made a last minute decision to stop by. I downloaded the app for a quick deal and grabbed a double cheeseburger (added bacon for $1) and a small fry for $4.99. Honestly, I was shocked lol. The young lady in the drive-thru was pleasant once I got to the window. My fries were the freshest I've ever had from a BK, and my burger was exactly as I had ordered it. Nice job yall.

Place is terrible, asked about something, they said they're just a franchise... And? So I cancelled my order. The manager then walked away mumbling something under her breath. We went to McDonald's.

We recommend the shake with the Double Whopper. Enjoy the American style of eating salty potatoes with a sweet shake.
The Double Whopper is so big that you can barely open your mouth to eat it, and you can feel the freshly baked aroma and it's just delicious.

I went to this Burger King on Feb 8, 2025 at approximately 12:15pm to order food for my daughters and myself. I ordered cheese burger kids meals for my girls and a Whopper with cheese combo for myself. I just happen to look in the window were our food was prepared and see a woman handing the meat for my daughters with the hand with no glove on it. I brought attention to it to the cashier and asked to have the burgers remade. The woman who was making the food with no glove finished making the burgers and put them in the queue to be given to my kids before moving so someone else could make the burgers. As she walked away she yelled out, ā€œI don’t know why he’s looking back here anyway.ā€ I responded ā€œbecause you’re making food without a glove.ā€ She responded again but I couldn’t make out what she said. I got the burgers remade for my kids. I later learned she was the store manager. I also learned from a regular customer eats there that this manager typically doesn’t follow safe food handling procedures and makes loud inappropriate comments to customers often. He also commented ā€œI knew exactly who it was when I heard her talk. She does that same stuff all the time.ā€ I don’t know how long she made burgers that way before I arrived. She shouldn’t be a manager if she can’t follow basic food safety and handling procedures.

I rarely do surveys but for this experience alone…. I had to. I came in around 11:10…. 02/5 through the drive thru…. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and patient while I decided on my order. Upon arrival to the window, the clerk greeted me with the brightest smile and the most comforting aura!
