amazing drinks and food. cute atmosphere. I come here all the time best place in tampa for drinks. sometimes it gets busy but its a good place to do work or study. there are outlets under your chair and there are board games you can play with your friends.
Been to Tsaocaa a few times now and it's become my go-to. Clean space, friendly staff, great for studying or hanging out after class. My favorite by far is the Thai red milk tea, bold tea flavor, creamy, perfectly balanced sweetness. Way richer than other spots near campus, not watered down at all. Boba's the right chewiness too. If you're going, get the Thai red milk tea first!
