My top 1 fave milk tea in tampa in terms of quality and price. and I've tasted 90% of all boba milk teas in tampa.Price is reasonable and their korean fried chicken is the bomb. Their fried chicken is better that the one at lotte because you can taste that their meat was brined/marinated.The milk tea is so fragrant. The best green tea i had in florida. Not too sweet and not too creamy that it overpowers the tea's flavor like other milk tea shops.

You can get both boba and korean fried chicken at this place! What more can you ask for? This place is my go-to when I'm craving both but too lazy to drive to 2 different places for it. I always get the honey garlic boneless wings. Their chicken is so flavorful and moist. And their boba drinks are great too! A big variety to choose from. I used to be a big fan of their milk teas but I think I'm leaning more towards their fruit teas now. They are refreshing and has real fruit pieces in them! I tried their Korean corn dog and mannn it was so good. The batter they used is so fluffy and a slight chewy texture to it. I had it with no sauce but I think I'd like to try it with sauce next time!

Hands down the most delicious and delicately refreshing boba.Tried the blueberry green tea fruit tea milk with crystal pearl.When I bit into the pearls it reminded me as a kid of popping honeysuckle drops from squeezing the flower and collecting the tiny bit of nectar.

My visit at Tsaocaa was great, and honestly I have been craving for their coconut mango slush since then. Usually that order comes with crystal boba, but i substituted it for mango popping boba, which I think is the right move. This boba shop also comes with hot food. I always love the Korean corn dogs. I got the simple Korean corn dog with half cheese and she's got the sweet potato one. They were both yummy.The service was fairly fast. It was good too because they have a self service kiosk. They also have descriptions of the food in the kiosk. In this way you get to order without awkwardly looking up at the menu board.The place has a chill vibe which is perfect for a get together with friends, a boba date or a study session.

I go here for a monthly event where participants speak only in Japanese for 2 hours. The shop got busier through the evening. Even though I only took a pic of my drink, I put in a second order for food to bring home to my husband. The popcorn chicken, takoyaki, and bubble waffle are also all good, especially the popcorn chicken. Everything was fresh!
They were very busy but I got out within 11 minutes not bad. Tea was exceptionally perfected it seems everything is done in house. I ordered the Large Iced Taro Milk Tea so good.I regret not grabbing additional teas for my family and friends. If only they had a location by Riverview Valrico or Lithia I'd grab more often and for my kids as well. I'm sure I will be broke with all my kids wanting this all the time ?
Came here for the first time with my friends and boyfriend. I really enjoy the atmosphere and they have board games to play. I ordered their Colorful Fruit Green Tea at 70% sugar and it was perfect. My boyfriend ordered the Melon green tea at 100% sugar said it was perfect, the melon bits make the tea very sweet. I also love their popcorn chicken! It’s perfectly seasoned, not too salty! Really enjoyed coming here?
I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. There's plenty of board games to entertain and plenty of seats to hang out with friends and family. The service was amazing. I also recommend trying their popcorn chicken and chicken wings. Their fruit teas is a bit of the sweeter side, so I recommend 70% sugar.

The teas were okay here. I got mine with 70% sweetness versus 100% and with soy milk and it did not have much taste. Maybe I am used to more sweetness. Next time I will try 100% sweetness. It was confusing on the kiosk, it asked if I wanted Amber boba but then below it asked which boba do you want. Maybe I did not understand the question they were asking. You order your drinks and food through a kiosk and then they call your name.

I really wanted to continue loving Tsaocaa. I'm not sure if it's lack of labor or store cutbacks, but it seems most 5 Star Places start slacking after grand opening. We frequent every week and the wait time has gotten longer and longer for food items: on this particular Sunday I called in advance while driving 30 minutes to get a Korean corn dog and five pieces of chicken wings. I know that a normal cook time would be 15 minutes for these items. After waiting 40 minutes I came into the store and they told me that it would take another 15 minutes. Which means they didn't even start making my order yet. My time away from home or doing a Boba run is especially limited with an infant, so almost a one hour Wait time for two items is an acceptable way to run a business . they were able to give me a refund. And I purchased a strike milk tea to my the drive worthwhile. Hopefully management is checking reviews and hire more staff or accurately address wait times. Highly annoying so not sure that I will be back.
