We have gone to Carrabba’s several times previously. Yet, we haven’t ever experienced the level of service provided to us by Elissa. We were immediately impressed by her professionalism and presentation. She inquired if we were rewards members. Then she thoroughly explained the specials menu and the regular menu. No one has ever done that. We will be back to this location and request her specifically, although there are locations closer to our home.

Our server, Mike, & his assistant, Jah, were absolutely amazing! We never wanted for refills or anything. Food was fabulous!

The servers in the TakeOut area were very welcoming. Prices are a little higher…but the food is okay.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but tonight was well deserved. Macon was a fabulous server and the food was good, but she turned dining in into a whole experience. She was very welcoming, and very helpful with making food suggestions, and met our every need. Would recommend her to anyone on any day

Big praise to our waiter Avery who did a marvelous job serving our party. He paid attention to detail and had a great table manner. He is a valuable part of the carrabba brand..
He will definitely ask for his service when we return.

LKnew our dietary restrictions and made sure everything was perfection that night. I truly enjoyed my visit just because of her. In addition, the food was amazing and there was no delay at all! The salmon is the best I had in Tampa!

Someone has got to shout out the TOGO girls!! I live down the street, and Carrabbas is a comfort food to me after a childhood of celebrating events and just enjoying presence with family here with my Italian-American family. I only order when I’m sick lately or going through something medically as I can’t afford to eat out as much as I’d like, and every single time I order to go the Togo girls make sure my many modifications and requests are followed so I get the perfect comfort meal in my time of need. Currently recovering from wisdom teeth removal and I can’t remember her name, but the girl with glasses who was working to go around 4 o’clock made sure I had fresh mashed potatoes and delicious Marsala sauce to get a little taste of my favorite flavors, and was so kind as always. Please give your TOGO girls a shoutout or maybe a little treat because they deserve it and are what keeps me coming back!! 👏
