Summer Rose Fine Furniture

Last week at Chick-fil-a we had a wild experience where our ice cream and drinks were forgotten after numerous requests. Today, we were a little nervous returning but KIERSTEN was AMAZING!!! Our order was 100% correct and she was so kind and friendly to everyone. It was as if every stranger was just a person she hadn't yet befriended. Last week was completely forgotten and she is an absolute delight.

I went there to pick up my mobile order. Sofia was handing out meals this day. I asked her if she had an order with my name on it since my app said the order was ready. She immediately turned her back on me!!! I said Excuse me ma’am. I asked about my order? She started cleaning off a sink instead and laughed at me with her head tucked in her shirt. I’m infuriated. I asked another associate for help. A kind young lady told me where to look first for orders. Voila! My order was there. That’s all Sofia had to do instead of ignoring me and laughing. This was so immature and un called for. I’m never ordering through the app again.

Very disappointed. I placed my order at 10:10 (I know i was cutting it close) but the order was accepted. When I get to the store they tell me the order was canceled because they don't start making the order until you get there. In that case they should not still be accepting breakfast orders at that time. What do they expect, for you to be outside right when you place the order
