This is by far the worst Chick Fil A I’ve ever been to. The drive thru is often slow, which on this particular visit last week prompted me to go inside. When I got inside I had to wait for someone to actually acknowledge I was there and when someone finally did she came up and told me she had to bring a drink order to the dining room area so I waited some more. After a while a male came up and took my order, I repeated it at least 3 times because he was not paying attention because apparently he was having trouble with the computers. When I finally received my order the soup was ice cold and my grilled chicken sandwich tasted like it was made the day before. There was trash both outside and inside on the ground. This Chick Fil A definitely doesn’t stand up the their normal standards.

Foods good. Quick service but you have three people taking orders on ipads before you can even get to the menu in the drive thru. Told the girl I needed to go to the menu to order since I don’t know the menu, she tried to tell me I just drove by her and she needed to take order on her pad. Which is fine but how am I supposed to know what I want if I can’t see the menu and then You get upset that u go to the menu? Not the best system. So that was a little annoying.
My son took me to Chick-fil-A for breakfast. We had the mini chicken biscuits & hash browns. They were very good! The mini biscuits had a slight sweet taste, which I liked and the sweet tea was excellent!

Austin was extremely kind, considerate, and helpful when bringing us our orders. He offered to bring us extra sauces, treated us with respect, and was a fun character to be around overall. I would recommend this Chikfila to anyone, just so that they can experience Austin’s magnificent service.

I've been going to the Chick Fil A for a while now and before it use to be great, but for some reason recently I feel like they've been cutting corners with the quality of food they are putting out. I've let certain things slide but my order today has shown me they no longer care about service, they care more about just getting things out as fast as possible. I ordered 2 salads this week and the lettuce is wilted/redish like it's been sitting in the package for a while, and is starting to look OLD. Today for order I'm eating my salad and I find a piece of macaroni in the salad. I'm not sure what's going on, but I wouldn't expect that. Needless to say they need to do better about what they're serving and not just giving whatever is availabe. Also they should consider using SEPERATE strainers when they are washing the food/ pasta.

I went through drive through for the purpose of not getting out of my car and had to return and go inside twice once for a fork and once for dried peppers. Ordered salad and received no fork or dried peppers for salad. NO HAPPY AT ALL!!
