When you sit in a drive thru line for over 20 minutes, then are asked to pull forward out of the way while cars behind you get their food first, that's a bad look. I was told the reason people behind me were getting their food first is because I had nuggets and they had sandwiches. Just wow.

I didn’t order delivery because I’m lazy or trying to have a relaxing night—I’m a scientist, a graduate student, and a parent, and I was trying to feed my kids quickly so I could get back to my work. Instead, I got a $56 inconvenience that forced me to leave the house anyway.
I ordered a sandwich meal, a sandwich, and two 8-piece nuggets meals. The nuggets? Completely missing from both. So I had to drive up there, completely defeating the point of using Uber Eats in the first place. When I explained that the fries, which arrived already cold, were now even colder thanks to the extra trip, I was told, ‘There’s nothing we can do.’ No attempt to make it right. No basic customer service. Just apathy.
Of course, my kids said the fries were gross and didn't eat them. Uber Eats says it doesn't qualify for a refund via the app, so it's just on you to fix it. Then you get to deal with Chick-fil-A, who doesn't care either.
If you’re thinking of ordering from here, be prepared to pay for your food twice—once in money and once in time. And if you enjoy eating fries at the same temperature as disappointment, you’re in luck.

Female worker who answered the phone told me she couldn’t fix my uber eats order because it had already been picked up, but it hadn’t and she lied. She then said she would have them fix the order before it was picked up or she would cancel it to help me out. They didn’t fix it, and sent me the wrong order. 0/10 customer service. Don’t call them, they will lie to you.

I came today to eat, my order was taken by a guy he was nice I paid for my and went to sit down waiting for them to serve me my food and then this worker came and she slammed the tray on my table in a very rude way and I said thank you very much and she didn’t even look or said you’re welcome she just walked away, I noticed that I didn’t get my drink so I went back to ask them for my drink I told the same girl that I didn’t get my drink and she started making the drink then she asked the guy who took my order why didn’t you give him a drink and I guess he was new cuz he was asking the other coworker questions while taking the order, he said I made the drink the drink was made but I didn’t see it cuz it was on their side of the counter anyways then she yelled at me that’s your drink you just didn’t take it in a very rude way, I just went and I grabbed the drink and went to eat, I am not the type of a person to write reviews about services cuz Idc but Isabella the worker she was very rude Idk if it was racially motivated or anything else but she could definitely do better, I eat from chick fila every Friday because it’s my cheat meal and It’s my favorite but today was one of my worst experience the customer service usually be on it’s finest, but Isabella you ruined my meal and made me feel uncomfortable thank you very much and be nice it’s free 🤗

My last visit was unpleasant. One of the children working the drive thru was super busy gossiping with his friend in the car in front of me while my food sat there getting cold. Meanwhile he changes the subject of the conversation to how terrible and goofy my car antlers (decorations) look. He stated that "if you're going to decorate your car, just use lights" but "to each his own" I personally don't like being insulted in God's drive thru so I'll try a different chick fil a next time.

This location used to be very good. Just went and the fries were cold, tasted old and overdone. The chicken sandwich I got had an old piece of egg from breakfast on it and also tasted like it had been sitting for hours. Service was okay but food was just terrible compared to other locations I’ve been to.
