use to be a mgr and full baker here in Tampa Fl. The right Dunkin with good management creates a friendly wonderful place to go fo coffee. Management training their crew is So important and should be willing to jump in and work with them not hide in office. Dunkin needs to go back to silent shopper who gives prizes to whom ever in crew are doing their job. Love the Frozen Coffee.
Best Dunkin in town in my opinion. My coffee is always made correctly and fresh. I wouldn't change the crew at all because together they are second to none.
