Your website says open at 730. I wanted a shake so badly and have been searching for a place since level up nutrition closed. However after driving to your location you’re not open until 8am. I will hopefully try again on a lunch break if I can.

Really good shakes. This is a cafe type alternative which is great for the area. I drove past it a few times and wanted to try. The shop is clean and well kept. The smoothie bar is very clean. They use high quality ingredients. The shakes are great!! Low calorie, low sugar and they taste delicious. They recommended the banana foster and it is so good. They have wifi, a few tables and bar seating to do work, homework or just hang out. It had good vibes. Highly recommend. They have doughnuts and waffles, def want to try those next time.

I kept driving by this place every day on my way home, and I just had to stop in!! I'm so glad I did because meeting Joan, the owner, was such a highlight of my day! She is so sweet, customer service is on point! She serves yummy and nutritious protein shakes and teas; there are so many different flavors! Unfortunately, she didn't have a vegan protein option but she assured me that it was in the works and will soon be available. I had the Peach Passion Pina Colada Tea and it was so delicious!! I couldn't believe it had no sugar. I will surely be back to support my Haitian sister. The inside is so beautiful as well.

My stepdaughter and I visited this place, today. Awesome family owned healthy/nutrition based shakes and energy drinks one stop shop. We got the caramel latte and acai bowl and both were amazing in flavor and like works of art. The owners are so nice and welcoming. Everyone needs to visit this spot!
