They are an original blend of B6, B12, magnesium, potassium, pink Himalayan salt, green tea, and guarana plant, sweetened only with stevia leaf extract. They’re better than any energy drink in stores including Celsius and Alani and I rarely go to Starbucks anymore. I am excited for their growth as they recently opened their second location and I highly recommend them to everyone I talk to. Great people, great product. Tampa locals. Try one ASAP. “Second time having the cold pressed fresh juices from here (and a great peanut butter, almond milk, vanilla protein, almond milk shake!) You can buy in 8 or 16 oz glass, or in disposable cups for $1 less per drink. Very friendly and helpful service, immaculately clean store. (Half of the store is shake and supplement Powders and snacks) This business is a few doors down from Crunchfitness in Valrico. (Lithia Pinecrest) I'm using the juices to rebuild health after cancer treatments. My daughter and her friend did a juice fast and are using it in conjunction with their workouts.“

“I have been coming here EVERY SINGLE DAY for the last 8 months. The food is very good, I have never had a bad smoothie or bowl. They have plenty of options, and as I am an athlete it’s a great healthy option in a convenient location. The staff is what makes the experience. The owners are wonderful people, all the employees are excellent workers and people, and it really creates a family atmosphere that is fun, relaxed, and comforting. I highly recommend coming here as soon as you can! Once you come once you’ll be back again before you know it!“

I got something similar to what I get at Smoothie King- chocolate whey protein, banana, and low fat greek yogurt (I usually get the chocolate Activator at Smoothie King). No comparison. This smoothie was playing in the NBA while Smoothie King's was cleaning the stadium. If you are looking for a great smoothie, GO. You won't regret it.“

“Such an awesome change of pace when looking for a new brunch spot in the North Tampa area..It was a breath of fresh air to see such an awesome health option packed menu as well as some tasty coffee drink options. The owner was on hand to take our order with a smile and great customer service. We ended up getting the Greek omelet which was packed with the right amount of veggies and super tasty feta cheese. The fresh brew coffee topped it off and complimented my breakfast perfectly. They have a quiet/ prayer room in the back which is perfect for those who want that perfect place to reflect and take things in.. They also have a prayer wall which was nice to see prayers and thoughts from other as well as the change to write something for someone else who may come along and need some cheer… all in all I am so glad we stopped in and I am sure we will be back in the near future… Amen..“
