Went to the restaurant for buffet bar posted online. We met one of the owners who told us they discontinued this dining option years ago but hadn't been able to update the information on the web. Upton's restaurant is part of RJ's Bar and Grille which may confuse customers when they first arrive to the facility. We were seated and ordered two barbecue dinners. Each meal included a large tossed salad, garlic bread along with a choice of two additional side items....
The barbeque was delicious! We ordered the 4 meats special and it was enough for 2 people to eat off of for about 17 bucks! We loved the prices and the food! And they have a pool table with lots of TVs! This place would be fantastic for a fun date!
The ribs, pork and chicken are tender, juicy cooked to perfection. Best BBQ I've had in years. Two big meals for less than $25. Excellent, fast and personalized service with a small town feel. Doesn't get any better than this!
