I will never forget how Pollo Tropical treated my mother June Cheeks. My mother loved her job and worked even though she was diagnosed with breast cancer. That breast cancer turned into brain tumors, ovarian cancer then a rare spinal cancer. Pollo denied her ADA claim until she went to file her short term disability claim which is when they fired her. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the level of service at Pollo Propicla, located at 3285 W Hillsborough Ave, Tampa, FL 33614. Over the past three weeks, I have ordered from this location three times via DoorDash and once via Uber Eats, only to encounter the same issue repeatedly.
