Nice customer service. They had me pull up after I ordered in their drive through. Not sure why but maybe so they can fry my fried yuca fresh because it was nice and hot. I actually forgot, they did not give me back my credit card when I handed to the lady to pay at the window. Thank God she rememberd and brought it to me with my food. Good experience overall minus my omgoodness, I almost lost my debit card?Good attitude so I'd go back

The staff there are horrendous, I don't like to write reviews. But these girls did it on purpose. My boyfriends went in for a bowl and want double churrasco and the girls literally refused to give it to him and gave him no good reason. The manager was there and even told my boyfriend that they could do it. They charged him for it and didn't even give him the double churrasco. Those girls sat there and laugh at him the whole time. Don't go here they are disgusting human beings.

I was in the area for a graduation at the college, i live 2 hours away and was starving. Half my order was missing and i was told there's nothing they can do about it, how about refunding me for what you left out my bag. The polo tropical on fowler has the worst customer service ever!!!

Good quality and quantity of food. Ordered coconut shrimp meal. Very honest feedback about sauce selection and it was so good. Very slow service. Arrived late near closing time so nobody in line. Asked to pull forward and waited at least 10 minutes.

If you are going to buy to take out make sure you double check your food. After I got home I notice that my order did had what I ordered this happened to me twice now. After it happened the first time I started checking but in this occasion I forgot and this happens. Also the chicken has no flavor.
