Raining Berries USF - Açaí • Smoothie • Coffee

So sad as this was our favorite place to go. The Açaí base we got last night was absolutely disgusting. I called to verify it wasn’t spoiled as my son, breastfeeding sister, and I had taken a sour bites and they said that suppliers changed and it’s like that now? And she agreed it tasted weird and didn’t offer any solutions. It tasted like I was eating Lysol. We both just threw our bowls away. So sad as this was our favorite restaurant. What a waste of $33 on 2 rancid bowls. Order No. 1712413114 so you can see I’m not a fake 🤮

Service was not ideal in the slightest, a man was touching himself in the eating area and no employee did anything, the coffee was not good at all, and the egg bites were definitely from Costco or something along those lines. Very disappointing, especially for the price.

I like the place but hours are inconsistent. Door says open at 7:30. It is 7:44 and the one person inside says that they are not open yet. I can only assume that they have changed hours but not what is on the door OR the morning staff is often late.

The food is good, but there is a lot of advertising for study room, study groups and so on and the internet doesn’t work! Like literally just sent money with food and I couldn’t say so long because the internet doesn’t work…

I always go to Raining Berries USF looking for Anaya because she makes the best Hard Boiled Egg and has great customer service.

Love the multiple seating options and space

Staff is super friendly and helpful with questions about their menu and suggestions

I especially enjoyed their Acai bowls because of how firm it was, as opposed to how they're usually served like a soup smoothie in other places . The PB acai was 10/10

Iced coffee drinks are also really well done and lots of flavours to choose from

Me and my wife went to Raining Berries Friday night we got the wanna Date? Smoothie it was fabulous and the service was good.
Only got two complains, first the wifi service needs to be looked at I was in a middle of an EXAM and it kicked me out because I have to put a pin I get on my receipt to sign-in which I already did ( every hour and half it logs you out)
Second is the A/C it was on 77 all the time and it was kinda warm in the store .

Either than this everything else was fantastic and really enjoyed the smoothie.

Staff is so friendly and helpful. We always get the bowls and they are delicious ?! Good coffee too. Clean and comfortable place.

Tried a bowl. Incredibly gross. They clearly either bringing in canned fruit or precut fruit. Also, the bases are premade and frozen? Paid $12 for 4 oz of frozen coconut milk that they couldn’t even blend, and $2 worth of fruit from a jar.

Would never purchase again. Also, looks nothing like the super cute food that the shop keeps posting with freshly-cut fruit.

All I got was a honey lavender iced latte but jeez was it the best damn lavender latte! Super cute vibes and very comfy. Very clean and the staff was a delight.

1st time visiting rainy berries and it was not as good as I had heard people talk about. I got a custom açaí bowl, but the açaí itself was completely frozen so it was super difficult to eat. The toppings themselves were super yummy and fresh (granola, coco flakes, Nutella, honey, and strawberries) but again because I couldn’t actually break into the açaí I was just eating the toppings which was disappointing. Not sure if that is normal here, but every other acai place I’ve been to has never served me frozen bases so it was a disappointing discovery. The atmosphere is alright, very quiet. There was only 1 employee working and she was kind. Oh, also I paid $12 for a frozen bowl. I don’t mind treating myself to açaí bowls but I do mind when they’re completely frozen and almost inedible.

Cute place, I love the lights and atmosphere. They are so nice every time I come in. The Coconut bowl is my favorite and the fruits are Always so FRESH!!!! I’ll be back very very soon!

This place is cute and has a pretty pink aesthetic. Staff was patient and knowledgeable about the menu. Had a vegan breakfast sandwich which was small but still tasted good! Definitely a neat little place near USF.
