My family has literally gone to this restaurant for the past 20 years. It is the best sushi and flavor combinations you can find. You will NEVER find a better Tuna Tataki. I love this place. Once you visit you will never be able to stop!!
I come during the off-lunch hours around 12:30 during weekdays, when the restaurant is quieter. The lunch menu prices are competitive with other sushi bars in the area and they are the only sushi restaurant left with a hijiki roll.
Hijiki is a stewed black seaweed, which has to be done in-house in a specific way or the texture is ruined. Plus it's become super-expensive. Hijiki is also very high in K, iron, and other nutrients, plus fiber. I have never had bad hijiki here.
