“I can’t believe it’s been over 3 years since Noble Rice opened and this was our very first visit! It absolutely blew us away. The service was impeccable. Hostess Angel greeted us warmly, and our server Allison A. was simply outstanding ~ easily one of the best experiences we’ve had anywhere in Tampa. We started with drinks, and every single one was perfect. The Lychee Martini was smooth and floral, the Espresso Martini had just the right kick, and the Haku ~ their version of a Moscow Mule ~ was phenomenal. My husband is a self-proclaimed Moscow Mule connoisseur, and he gave it high praise. The food? Next-level. The Tuna Carpaccio was the star of the show ~ literally melted in our mouths. We also loved the Classic Poké, Tempura Poké Rolls, and the Tekka Roll ~ all fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented with different types of soy causes for each. The only item that didn’t quite hit the mark for us was the Hanabi Maki ~ still very fresh, just not our personal favorite. I’m sure many others enjoy it! What really stood out was the service ~ something that has unfortunately been on the decline across Tampa in recent years. But at Noble Rice, everyone went above and beyond. Allison didn’t just take our order, she asked thoughtful questions about our taste preferences, made drink and dessert recommendations (the Panna Cotta dessert was heavenly), and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our only wish? Larger portions ~ because everything was so good, we didn’t want it to end. An amazing 18th anniversary dinner!! We’ll absolutely be back. I'm posting the menu, look if you buy too things the all you can eat makes more sense. The boba tea and green tea pots taste heavenly!! The sushi is mouthwatering, portions are great! With all you can eat you can do this until you are stuffed. Look at the presentation?! It tastes better than it looks even. Menu is one of the most robust I've ever seen. I'm posting their small menu, but the in restaurant one is like a dozen pages. Its all delicious. The chefs are amazing and very nice. The wait staff is incredible. This is the second time I've gone and cannot speak highly enough. They should get awards for best sushi in the area, but really anywhere in the country. “Kinjo is not just a restaurant, but a true experience. As soon as you walk in, the front of the house staff are warm and inviting which immediately sets the tone and puts you at ease. The restaurant itself is a very intimate feel which in my opinion is what makes it feel special and personal. Anywhere you sit will be great, however, I highly recommend sitting at the chef’s counter as it truly makes your dining experience feel that much more special. You can see how much intention was put into every dish from the starters to dessert. Every meal feels especially crafted for you and the intention behind the favor profile of each bite results in a transcendent dining experience. I truly enjoyed chef Jada and chef Javier taking the time to explain the dish to me, you can truly see their passion on each dish. It truly feels like you’re dining with friends. While the dishes are certainly upscale and elevated, the experience feels intimate and personal making each course better than the last. If I had to say my favorite dish; the crab pasta literally brought a tear to my eye, that’s how fantastic it is. “I placed an online order but needed to make a slight modification due to an allergy. I called before I placed my order since I noticed there was not a space to add a note. They were friendly and a happy to note my modification once my order came over. I ordered the steak hibachi lunch with fried rice and veggies, I added a full order of noodles, and extra yum yum sauce. My order was accurate, even with my modification. The portions were generous. I had leftovers which reheated nicely.

This is a fantastic spot for post workout meal, and they have a sick deal for teriyaki meals on Tuesdays. Service is as best as it can be I think. “This place is stupid good. I don't even know the name of what I ordered, it was one of the first things on there. Got it with grilled chicken and the layered pancakes. Make sure you get extra sauce on the side. Get a green tea. I've never been, but it felt like I popped into someplace in Tokyo and had some local food. You order everything by yourself on the screen as soon as you walk in, then they call your name when it's ready. Seating for about eight groups of people or so. Go there immediately.“

I've had this cafe saved in my Google maps for 2 years and finally I was able to try it and it was amazing,( I love 2 hours away), My fuwa fuwa pancakes were made delicately, the Taiyaki stuffed with perfection, and at the end my son told the lady he was going to pop and she said I'll make you pop and gave my son what seemed like fresh in-house made ice cream, I would 100% recommend this place to anybody, especially if you love authentic Japanese food, and they have sculptures that you can paint“

“I finally was able to make it to Kosen for a special birthday dinner at the omakase counter. Hands down the best Japanese food I’ve had so far. Being within downtown Tampa makes it so easy to get to the restaurant and it’s in a great location.

The service throughout the 2 hour experience was incredible. Everyone was so knowledgeable and attentive. The wagyu was one of the first dishes and it was hard for anything to beat that, the meat was so tender I didn’t even know it was in my mouth. The flavor of the duck breast was out of this world, I wish I had more bites of both.

The nigiri experience was amazing, all the bites were great and the fresh wasabi and everything being made to order was a joy to watch. The akami tuna was the best and the quality of fish was pristine.

The brown butter ice cream with apple and parsnip was my favorite dish and ended the meal perfectly. This experience was definitely worth the price of admission and something you should try at least once. Thank you chef!“

“This is one of my favorite sushi spots. The food is great and comes out relatively quickly, sometimes there is a bit of a wait depending on what day you go but that is usual. Their all you can eat option is the best in my opinion. They have a variety of other options if you do not enjoy sushi as well. -JL“
