What an incredible dining experience! Such a delicate balance of flavors and textures, especially in a multi-course meal. The restaurant was accommodating last minute abs provided top-notch service. Finding these hidden gems definitely makes for an unforgettable experience. My favorite dish (there were so many out of 10 courses) was probably the Buri Nitsuke, a traditional Japanese dish featuring simmered yellowtail in a flavorful broth. Absolutely enjoyed every minute of it. Would recommend this experience to any sushi fan. Everything was just right from the ambiance to service and the food. Definitely pricey but well worth it

We felt like the only people in the restaurant. The service and the food was the best I've had in my life - truly worth every penny. This is a very special experience, and one I hope to have again.
