I work early in the mornings so I like my breakfast. Today I was the first customer 02/18/25 so I order the number 4 add egg and cheese and a number 5 I didn’t check the food because I’m trying to get to work so I drop my lady off at home and we cheacking the food and I notice no chicken and on the number 5 no eggs so I went back to the store to get the order fixed the manger tell the employee that there is nothing we can do for him he just wants more chicken and food. Disrespectful, disgusting 🀒 and what customer service. And when I asked for my refund back she and the other worker there disappeared from the store no where in site I lost money and food honestly **** Wendy’s I love the wedges but there customer service is trash and why would I want to eat at a fast food restaurant who is stealing from customers disgraceful

Unfortunately, my recent experience at Wendy's left much to be desired in terms of both food quality and service. While Wendy's is known for its fast food and affordable menu, this visit fell far below expectations.

Food Quality
The food was underwhelming and lacked freshness. The burger I ordered was poorly assembled, with wilted lettuce and a patty that tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. The fries were soggy and lacked the crispiness Wendy’s usually advertises. Even the drink seemed off, with a watered-down flavor.

Service Experience
The service was equally disappointing. The staff appeared disorganized, and my order took much longer than expected, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. When the food finally arrived, parts of my order were missing, and I had to wait even longer to get the issue resolved.

Cleanliness and Atmosphere
The cleanliness of the restaurant was another issue. Several tables were dirty, and the trash bins were overflowing. It made the dining experience less pleasant and gave an overall impression of poor management.

Value for Money
While fast food is meant to be affordable, the low quality of food and service made this meal feel like a waste of money. There are better options out there for similar prices.

Final Thoughts
Wendy’s has the potential to offer quick and satisfying meals, but this visit fell far short of expectations. I hope they can address the issues with food freshness, service efficiency, and cleanliness to improve the customer experience. Until then, I’d recommend looking elsewhere for a more enjoyable meal.

Worst Wendy's EVER. Girl at drive thru hated life and was taking it out on everyone else. I ordered a double but didn't get that so had to go back. The manager dramatically threw my hamburger in the trash and yelled at the girl to redo it. Drumroll, the girl made it wrong again, so had to go back AGAIN.

AGAIN the manager threw the hamburger in the trash. Really, if she would have just handed them to me instead of waste them, I could have pieced together my own double. And I really didn't want someone who doesn't know what a double means, making my food.

Food is significantly less quality than other Wendy's. Don't waste your time.

The staff was the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered in fast food. We were immediately greeted by a gentleman, our food came out pretty quickly as well. The dining room was SPOTLESS.

If I can give you 0 stars I would 3 times have gone to this place and every single time I show up they tell me the systems down.They're not taking cash.Give me some type of excuse this is unacceptable.

Dining room hours are false, says they're open until 11 but it was locked at 10. Gave us 50 spicy nuggets instead of regular which means 50 nuggets will go to waste

These folks are so nice! We have been there twice since the hurricane and the service has been absolutely wonderful. I don’t eat fast food all that often but I plan on returning again soon.
