The food was atrociously dry we had to disassemble it to make it easier to eat. ALSO THERE WAS EGG SHELLS IN MY FOOD.

wish i didn’t throw away my receipt so i can do the survey :( but Sonia or Sonya was AMAZING!! absolutely LOVED her energy! was kinda in a sour mood when i came in and i left smiling. she probably didn’t even know i was upset and thats just her being her and i love that! will be back again for sure!

We preordered food through the stores app. We picked it up and went home. When we got home, we noticed an entire meal missing. I called to report it and one of the workers said “ come back and get it then”. My husband drove back and was given the meal, no apologies, no “sorry about the mix up” just “here’s your food” with an attitude. The food was cold. Won’t be back.

The food was decent for Wendy's. However the young lady at the counter did not want to be at work. I tried my best to be extra nice and even gave her a compliment and nothing changed. I get that people have stuff going on however I too work in customer service and know to leave that at home.

Please Wendy's management hire better employees. People that know how to read numbers and know what temperatures are you are serving food that is currently burnt. Unable to eat and a far cry from anything that Dave from Wendy's wanted to produce. Also, when hiring people maybe going to a different race might give you a better turnout with being able to put 2 + 2 together to come up with 4 not 5.

I have lived nearby for over 20 years. 6 years ago, the service was terrible, and your employees acted like it was a chore to help a customer. Now, the service has improved, but the wait time has increased since they put in an AI to take orders. I used to come to the drive thru, order, and my food would be ready by the time I got to the window. Now, more often than not, I have to sit and wait. I am sorry, but more computers do not make for good customer service. Not to mention you are taking possible jobs away from people who may need work. You can do better Wendy's.
