Stood at counter 10 min waiting for service?? No Luck!! Left, went to Starbucks, good coffee.
Not to bash anybody in particular. However, I slid into this particular Dunkin’ Donuts instead of the Starbucks, which is very close. I thought the guy at the counter was overall pretty friendly. Took my order with no problem. I used the restroom, which was gross. Then I started looking around the floor was filthy. The tables were filthy. The chairs were not tucked back in. There is certainly an issue with Management. That cleanliness of the store is not taken to a higher priority....read full review
