“Ideal Nutrition is a game-changer. Everything from Ideal Nutrition is so delicious and tastes like a home-cooked meal. We're a busy family with a toddler, and the quality and price per meal are amazing. We started just going into the store and buying a few meals a week to help us out with lunches and a hungry kiddo, but now we have 12 meals delivered every week, and I don't know how we would survive without them. Our 2-year-old loves every meal, and so do we, which really helps us lighten the load during the week. We tried Factor meals also when we were searching for a meal prep solution, and Ideal Nutrition blew Factor out of the water on both flavor and food quality, 10/10!“

“Searching for healthy options to eat in the Palm Beach area and the Green Garden Cafe popped up. My husband and I visited Green Garden Café for breakfast and were amazed at not only the quality and freshness of food, but also the service. We had the avocado toast, whole wheat wrap and acai bowl for dessert. This is easily one of, if not the best meal we’ve ever eaten.“

“The food and service was excellent. But the prices were too high. Also, the music was fine, but it was too loud for inside. I just got an acai bowl and a hot tea and it was $20 and change. So if I had purchased any of their other food products I would have easily spent over $20. I chose $10-$20/pp below but it should really be $20-$30/pp.“

“My favorite place since I tried 2 months ago, I’ll go for lunch almost everyday, mostly Boca and Wellington. Im fasting so it’s the most tasty nutritious food I’ve got. The staff is amazing and the cleanliness even in bathrooms is top. I always get the small bowl and always ask for a bonus 1/2 spoon of beans and they always give it with a big smile, not this time. Today I tried the Alton one, I had high expectations. First impression was that it was weird starting the line backwards from the right. The operator was friendly but not when I asked for a tin of beans, 1/4 spoon the most… She said no and she wanted to sell me a cup as an extra. I declined, was rude, then I see the line dirty, stuff looked cold. The other operator was afraid to serve too much shrimp and the feta he spread it crumble by crumble, I was amazed of his skills. Those 2 company money savers fighting for the employee of the month. One thing I like at Bolay is to grab my metal good solid forks, this time I couldn’t, not available. The food was tasty as usual but the temperatures were inconsistent, the colds not too cool and the hots warms. Then after sitting the trash overflowing and dirty bowls piling up were a view that you can’t stop looking at it, under my table on the floor smashed veggies. When I’m leaving I’m looking at the other stations and look the same. I avoided use the bathrooms at that point to wash hands as usual. It wasn’t a staff shortage issue, plenty of labor, customer line clear. These guys went through the pick of rush in lunch time with not interval cleanings. So disappointing see that awesome concept lowing the bar so bad. At the end is all management. Not going back there, I mean, that one in Alton but people, you definitely gotta try it somewhere else and get hook by them. Wellington and Boca In Military staff is the best. Hope Alton improve.“

“I had the pleasure of visiting 3Natives for the first time today for lunch, and I was thoroughly impressed. The restaurant was immaculate, and the staff greeted each customer with genuine enthusiasm, making everyone feel truly valued. I was accompanied by my young daughter, and the care and attention she received were exceptional—she was treated as though she were the most important guest. As we left, every staff member took the time to personally say goodbye and expressed their hope that we would return. We will certainly be back. “We had such an amazing time at Sweetgreen! Dre was our server and he went above and beyond—super friendly, helpful, and answered all our questions perfectly. The service alone made the visit great, but the food took it to another level!

We ordered the Autumn Harvest bowl and the Baddie Ranch bowl, and both were absolutely delicious. The presentation was beautiful, everything looked so fresh, and I honestly couldn’t stop eating until my bowl was completely empty (I even snapped a picture of the empty bowl because it was that good!).

What makes this place stand out even more is their commitment to fresh ingredients. There’s a picture on the wall showing where they source all their produce from small vendors across the U.S and you can actually see right into their fridge through a glass window. All the greens and veggies are stored in clear containers, perfectly organized and super fresh-looking. It’s so cool to literally see where your food comes from!

Overall, this was hands down the best salad experience ever. Huge thanks to Dre and the whole Sweetgreen team for making it such a great visit—we’ll definitely be coming back soon! 🥗💚“
