“Fitlife is great for busy working family’s. My husband and I don’t have time to meal prep so this makes it super easy and the food is always fresh not frozen. We have enjoyed almost all the meals. “Wow, what a great place! Playa Bowls in Boca Raton is always spotless, welcoming, and consistently serves some of the freshest fruit around. The staff is friendly and provides excellent customer service every time I visit. Their power drinks are delicious, refreshing, and made with quality ingredients. “We are a family of Brazilian soccer fanatics who follow every match of our national team in the World Cup. It just so happened that an important game was scheduled on my wife's birthday. So I was given the difficult task of finding a nice place for a family of 7 to dine out, celebrate her birthday, and watch the Brazilian game at the same time. American Social was the perfect solution. Our server Payton did an amazing job, making us feel special even when the house was full of loud soccer fans. Our table was perfectly placed where we could watch the game, and the food was delicious. She even brought a courtesy dessert for my wife so we could sing Happy Birthday. We left so happy with the service and certain we will come back. Thank you, Payton, for a memorable night!“

“Love this location!! Was nervous to try it here because of my past experience at the Yamato location which is a disaster. Everyone is so friendly and kind the second you walk in and the food is always fresh and yummy! “Fresh Kitchen got the food right! It’s fresh, flavorful and tastes homemade- this is rare for mass-prepped food. And the people are nice. However, I go to Bolay once per week and FK once per quarter. The portions are just so skimpy, I just don’t ever feel I got $20+ worth of food. Today, the server literally shook off the tongs until there was a pinch of spinach left to put in my container as a base and same sentiment for the kale, sprinkled the chickpeas dispensing less than half the scooper and put the rest back. Then, shook a few pieces of sweet potato off the top of the scooper…and put the rest back. It was like she was afraid to pour a scoop. I don’t eat poultry or red meat so I have to eat more food to get enough calories per meal. Fk meals are a snack before dinner. I would totally eat there at least once per week if I wouldn’t leave hungry. Another win for them…they shine like a diamond in the snack department. Also rare in the industry is a decent lower sugar vegan snack! The vegan chocolate chip cookies are ridiculously amazing! I buy 3 packs at a time every time. Sometimes I just go there for them alone!“

“This is one of our favorite places that is consistently serving deliciously fresh food with super friendly service. The menu changes frequently so you have to go a few times if you have a favorite dish on the menu before they change it. The ambiance is amazing. We have frequented True Food Kitchen in other states but we just enjoy now coming to True Food in Boca.“

“Super friendly staff, always providing fast service with a quick turnaround. The place is very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with an elegant touch. The staff is truly amazing—welcoming and attentive. Parking can be a bit tricky since it’s located on the edge of the market, but if you visit during non-peak hours, it’s much easier to find a spot. Plus, the 20-minute parking space for pickups and deliveries is a great convenience. Highly recommended!“

“I visited this Playa Bowls location to redeem my $5 birthday discount. With its casual, beach-like atmosphere, the shop offers a variety of freshly made açai bowls, smoothies, juices, and cold brew coffee.
I greeted a pleasant employee who took my order for a 16oz. strawberry banana smoothie and applied the $5 discount. The smoothies was nicely blended and tasty. It was was thick with an even balance of strawberry and banana flavor. This was the perfect way to quench my thirst on a hot, sunny day.“

“We saw good reviews about this place, so we decided to come and try it out.
It's wonderful to find places like this—with fresh juices, wraps made at the moment, everything very fresh and they include some vegan options too!
Even our little son (who can be a bit of a picky eater at times) loved it! That's really convenient for us!
