My husband and I just had a fantastic dinner at Nimo. We started with the Spinach Gorgonzola Salad, which was the perfect size for sharing—fresh and flavorful. The spinach artichoke dip was also amazing. For our main course, we ordered the truffle mushroom pizza, and it truly impressed us. After living in Palm Beach County for five years and trying pizza at countless restaurants, this was hands down the best we've had.
