Where to start...Well, first off we walked into the door and the guy behind the counter yelled at us that he was not taking people inside that he was only doing drive thru because he was by himself. We asked if we could at least look at the flavors and he said yes...we then waited as the third car in line for almost 20 minutesand first recieved the wrong ice cream. Meanwhile the guy who yelled and said he was not serving inside is serving customers inside while we continued to wait.when we were finally brought the correct ice cream they gave us a kiddie cup instead of the full sized I paid for. Awful customer service!

This store has Great employees! Please can anyone Focus in the flys and cleaning the tables? Every time I visit the tables are dirty and fly’s all Over the Store.!!!!! Please help ! Thank you ,

Preclosing at 7:45pm when the store closes at 10pm. Stating they don’t have product due to this. Manager on shift during this time was Heather, and this isn’t the first time this has happened.

Come to this location and they said there out of ice cream. Why are they even open. They should have the products that they say they serve, or just close. If you dont have anything to serve, why are you even open.

Snickers ice cream was DELICIOUS and the two ladies working were wonderful.
