I went in in the early evening to order a take out order tonight. Tonya was who helped me and she was very kind and quick to get my order taken. It was accurate and she followed up to make sure she got everything correct.

However, I then saw her seating guests coming in, while also cashing out guests, and getting food bagged and handed out for take out orders. She was seriously giving her all and doing a fantastic job at it.

As soon as my order was ready she got it bagged quickly and handed it out to me. I thought for sure something would be missing with how busy they were and how much she was doing in the front of house, but the order was absolutely 100% accurate. I got it home and, even after the short car ride, it was fresh and delicious. All-in-all tonight, 10/10. Staff was great, food was delicious, and service was phenomenal! It hit the spot that my wife and I were craving xD

I don't know if anyone else saw or appreciated your hard work and kind attitude tonight, Tonya, but I did. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. This girl deserves a raise!

This restaurant was very busy when I came in and placed a To Go order. Unfortunately, my carrots with the turkey meal were hard and not cooked all the way through and I had to wait for a while. So, I let them know and they let me replace them with another side. Overall, the food is usually great and there are many options on the menu.

Went here for thanksgiving because we just moved in our house a few hours earlier, the staff was so busy and so pleasant. The hostess was jokey and our server was fantastic! The Thanksgiving food was very good. We made a good choice.

I’ve given this Bob Evans on Parr Drive in The Villages two chances, and both times were extremely disappointing.

The first time I ordered a Meal for Two, they shorted me four items. I contacted the corporate office and they were very kind—they sent me a gift card, and I truly appreciated that gesture. Because of that, I decided to give this location another try.

Unfortunately, the second experience was just as bad. I ordered another Meal for Two, and again items were missing—this time the baked potato soup and the utensils. The food wasn’t even ready when we arrived, even though the order was supposed to be ready 10 minutes earlier. When we finally got the food, it was lukewarm at best.

I don’t understand how a simple takeout order can be missing items twice in a row. At this point, I’m not giving them another chance. I do not recommend this location. Very disappointing experience both times.

Nothing too fancy but a solid choice when I don't want to cook dinner and we can't figure out anywhere else to go.
Our waitress, Mary, is a gem.
Food is pretty consistent and they serve decent size portions

Went here on veterans day without realizing it might be busy and it was. When our turn came there was a single man still waiting to be seated so we asked him if he'd like to join 2 strangers so that he didn't have to eat alone. He accepted our offer and we had an amazing dinner with Bob who is 87 and a widower. We all got to know one another and exchanged stories and my wife and I felt blessed to have crossed paths with Bob that day.

Food was disappointing. Stale biscuit, tasteless and dried banana bread. The fish platter was absolutely awful.
