These people are working hard on service compared to old management...... I would like to know what you people are doing the service has gotten better than it was the people are alot nicer and the skinny guy who was on duty really made me and my family happy.

Are you serious? I've been to this location 3 times in the last month. Every time was worse than the last. Onion allergy but they didn't care, still put the onions on the burger all 3 times. 2 employees that stand in the back. You literally have to yell to get help from anyone in the store. Only 1 register, so they have to go between ringing up drive thru and dining room customers. I watched my food sit in the window for 20 minutes before an employee even showed their face. Fries were ice cold bc they were made 20 minutes ago. I've cream machine is down.

I want to give an incredible huge shout out to this entire team. The manager Scott was incredibly helpful. He was so kind. He helped me figure out ways to make my order more cost efficient. Hanna, the cashier who helped us. The first time was incredibly kind. She was knowledgeable. She knew what needed to be done around the restaurant as well as how to treat an employee and customers. Sarah, another cashier there made us feel like we were at home as soon as we walked in. My children who are both very shy, felt so comfortable with the employees and the atmosphere of the restaurant. It was such a beautiful thing to see how the employees interacted with my children and myself, and they made us feel like we were royalty. We were treated so incredibly well at this Burger King. We decided to give it a second shot and go back again the next day because we were visiting in the area and again the second time we went in, we were immediately greeted and made to feel like we were a long time, friends and family of all of the employees in this Burger King. This is the kind of environment and respect and loyalty that Restaurants should give to their customers. My oldest wished that this Burger King was by our house because it was such a positive experience both times. And honestly, I do too. I have never had a better experience at any Burger King across the entire country. This statement alone should be enough to give this store five stars, but I won’t stop there. In addition to having the best customer service I have ever seen in any fast food restaurant, I have never in my life had a better burger than at this burger, King. My daughter and my son both had chicken fingers and they were so fresh. They felt like they were so full of life and were so juicy and perfect. They didn’t feel like they were double dropped. They didn’t feel like they had been sitting. They didn’t feel like they were bottom of the bag. They felt fresh they tasted fresh they were juicy they were bold. They were delicious. This is the standard that I expect all Burger King’s to be unfortunately, I know that I will never get this type of positivity and service at any other Burger King restaurant or any fast food restaurant I’m sure but if you’re looking for a place where you can just walk in and have amazingly hot fresh fantastic food And a positive uplifting environment while you’re enjoying a quick meal this is where you want to go. I believe the cooks name was Darrell, I know I’m not spelling that right but the food was absolutely perfect. This man deserves such good credit for making this food at such a high quality. The manager deserves credit for leading such an amazing team to work well as a well oiled machine. Both of the cashiers deserve credit because they are so incredibly friendly and they did their job with a smile on their face politely And really made a difference. It’s crazy to say that a fast food restaurant was a big part of our family vacation but the way that we were treated there we felt like we were with family. I cannot stress enough how incredibly amazing this crew is in its entirety. I don’t know who needs to see this, but if you are reading it and have made it this far, please know that this is the best darn Burger King. I’ve ever been to please give this store some credit.

Restaurant was clean, bathroom was clean. Whopper combo meal was served fast and the burger and fries were both fresh and hot. Right amount of lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles. The manager Scott was super nice and professional and observed him helping out the staff to get the orders out fast. He also walked the customer area and picked up, cleaned and straightened out anything that was out of place.

You know everyone wants to leave a bad review about this birthday. Unfortunately, I've been coming up from Miami. All the time with business in the villages and I've had nothing but exceptional service instead of always leading a bad review. One meet people show how these employees go out of their way. To make it an enjoyable experience as much as they can

During my visit, I placed an order for two cheeseburger and fries meals for dine-in. Unfortunately, my order was not prepared until I followed up with the staff, at which point they began making it. When the meals were finally brought to the table, the order was incorrect—we received fish and curly fries instead. This was especially concerning given that we were the only dine-in customers at the time, so the restaurant was not busy.

I was disappointed by the delay and confusion surrounding what should have been a straightforward order. I value your restaurant and hope this feedback helps ensure better accuracy and attentiveness in the future.

Joker Monday

Whoever the rude mouth breather is running the window. We'll never have my money ever again. In the store overcharge me by adding things to it rather than giving me the food that I requested the food was cold. One was microwaved, lettuce, tomato and all this place needs to be shut down, especially with the rude service, especially in this area there's got to be some employees that actually want to do their job and be.Pleasant
After calling the store to speak to the manager and being hung up 3 times before I could get my word in. And she would not give me her name the cashier's name and repeatedly hung up on me. We will be calling corporate

Erica, Scott and Sarah are the best! My husband is highly allergic to sesame seeds, and they made sure his meal was sesame free. It was very clean and the food was all fresh, delicious, and exactly what we ordered!
