I wish there was a 0 star option. I’ve been here a few times and every single time it’s the same. The workers are so rude and mean. I ordered on the app and they didn’t have any of the food I ordered so I had to choose something else. Have been waiting for 20 minutes in the parking lot for my food. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait this long either. Burger King needs to get better employees. The ones they have at this location make you feel unwelcome and like you ordering food is a burden to them.

These people served my family completely raw chicken. Which means that they didn’t cook it for the right amount of temperature. Which means they also didn’t cook it to the correct internal temperature. They also didn’t check it with the thermometer which they’re supposed to do.
I am a certified food, safety manager through the state of Florida.
I have filed a complaint with the DBPR and the health department.
Called and spoke to one of the managers or somebody who answered the phone. Their name was David. Obviously they don’t understand or follow the rules and regulations that you’re supposed to report any type of foodborne illness that has been complained about. Also, they refused to allow anybody to fill out any actual incident report which they keep in the office or they’re supposed to according to Burger King corporate.
I would never eat there again for many years. This has been the worst Burger King and now it is confirmed.

If you value your family safety and your health do not eat at this Burger King until they completely revamp the place and get people there that actually care.
When the people behind the counter were addressed by my family, my family member stated that the All turned around and walked away. Burger King does not care about the lives of the people they serve.
The people working behind the counter are going to kill you with food if you go in there.

I have never been to a nicer fast food place with such a horrible staff. The overly large lady at the counter.had such an attitude and even told another customer to "come check her if they didn't like what she said". Burger King should be ashamed at being represented by such low class, disrespectful employees and in hindsight the police should have been called about the antagonistic employee. As a construction worker who frequents such places I will.be avoiding Burger King for some time until better help can be hired.

This is my 3rd time in a row where they were too short staffed to provide service. Tonight, although the lights were on and the order station was lit, they said they closed at 8 pm due to not enough staff. The other 2 times, the guy said I had to wait while he went to the bathroom because it was just him and another person. You would think this Burger King was in a third world country. The food is good but dear goodness the service is almost non existent.

Service is horrible. Doors are always locked so went through the drive thru. The workers would not come to the speaker. So we drove up to the windows to see what was going on knocked on the windows the employee would look and walk away. The service is horrible and they’re always out of something in the past times going there. This is the worst Burger King in the area. 0 stars if I could

If I could give them a ZERO I would! This BK is horrible! It’s always 1 problem after another every time I come here. They close at 8pm every night even though google says 11pm. I’ve ordered thru the app just to show up at 9 & they were closed. Everytime I come there’s a problem with my order but today cross the line for me. They made me drive around & wait for old food! The food was extremely old, the hasbrowns were stale, the French toast sticks burnt to a MF crisp, and the bun was so hard when I threw it on the ground it sounded like a rock. & didn’t give me my orange juice. I was disgusted! Ya hear me, disgusted!! It threw off my entire morning! I was frustrated at work and the whole day was just in shambles. I did the worst survey & now Ima complain to Walmart on the azzes too!

As soon as I ordered I asked for a receipt which the lady with the yellow hair said she couldn't find the receipt, next our food was cold & looked smashed up & the onion rings were not round & cold. Wth? Why doesn't Burger King serve hot & fresh & good looking food???
