I came here on Christmas Eve because they were the only place open. We walked inside and was greeted by a nice lady who explained there was a small wait. We were fine waiting. She came and took our order after sending order after oder out the drive thru window. She was almost out of breath but held composure! She said it would be a little bit so we sat down at a table while we waited. We soon began to realize that they were very short handed and that she and only one other individual was working. In the time we wait we were allowed to see how someone truly cares about people who come in demanding food one Christmas Eve. They got everyone's order completed. They still greeted everyone with a smile and they were there on Christmas Eve alone working their butts off for all of us....so I truly want to tell you thank you so very much for your service that night! You both did the best job you could've possibly done with what you had and all for us on Christmas Eve! You both should get a raise for handling this restaurant like that and not just walking out when times got tough!

Just now ordered delivery for me and my fiance and my half of the order was missing or wrong. Wrong drink and my sandwich wasn't even in there??????? Not to mention the half ass filled thing of fries and rings.

Horrible! They need to close this place down I just moved to this area I never had so many problems in my life. I will never come back I had problems 2x in the same week the first time I waited over 15 mins inside line to place an order then it took an hr inside just to get my food! The place was disorganized they were out of everything they closed the drive thru down it was massive headache by the time I got my food it was missing items. Just save ur self the time do not go there! I wasn’t the only one either there was a line of people unreal experience here this place sucks.

Horribly mismanaged! Only 3 people working the whole restaurant at lunch time, and the place is disgustingly filthy! Health department needs to pay a visit for sure! Get your staffing issues fixed and clean the darn place up! FAIL!!!

They literally had nothing. They came over the speaker. And said they didn't have what seemed like literally every topping. And cheese. So not sure what they're actually serving🤷🏿♂️. Not sure what's even keeping them open. ESPECIALLY in The Villages.
