I have been hoping the food from this resteraunt would eventually get better, I was wrong. Tonights food was absolutely the worst Chinese food I've ever had. I ordered Kung Pow Chicken and it was terrible. The wonton soup was cold, and the only good part of the order was the plain rice. I will never order from here again.

First time ordering here. Was hoping it was at least fair. Not many restaurants in shady brook and I was starving. I was up ALL night with GI issues. Needless to say, not going back.

Despite the bad reviews, I thought I would give this place a fair shake. There was no shake. The lady who answered the phone was not so helpful. Food was mediocre, and she seemed rushed to get me off it. I had questions and wondered if they might just make an exception with the order. She then repeatedly said the same thing to me more than once as if I did not understand her the first time. Bummer, I won't be back, and you are so close to my home!

I have gone here many times with no problems, food has always been okay. decided to try chicken teriyaki(c26) why did i do that? well, it was ready in 5 min we ate there as always. the chicken was big pieces of dryness and where was the sauce. I asked politely if i could have different meat but keep the noodles? the cashier asked the guy in the back ( which he spoke in a different language so i couldn’t understand) no!! because i ate some of it, which was only a bite. how was i to know it was going to be horrible without tasting it. really??. don’t waste your money, no customer service at all.

First time and most likely will not return. Friendly service though. Stale wonton noodles provided for chicken chow mein. Chicken chow mein very mushy overcooked and thick. Sweet and sour pork just ok, not freshly made to order though and neither was the fried rice. Looked more like Spanish rice. Hot and sour soup was just ok, but made with gristly pork. Had to fish through soup to take pork out. Just overall poor quality on the food. This place does not in any way come close to Koyame, our favorite. $30 for what we purchased and half went in trash.

Where to start,

So we had a fairly large order for a family of 4 and spent $75 before tip.

We had a wide variety of food from spare ribs, fried rice and chicken, as well as beef and snow peas which caused 3 out of our 4 party members to get sick from it.

1 of our family got it as soon as they ate the food and other 2 stayed up all night with stomach issues and rushing to and from the bathroom, I’ll stop there.

We do not want anything in return from this business but we do want to make it known that the food is not only unseasoned and bland, it’s also dangerous to eat.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING ANYTHING FROM HERE.

Very much disappointed on their lomein noodles. Very SAGGY! Not the Chinese noodles I been ordering and served on restaurants more than three decades ago.

House Special Mei Fun, my absolute favorite. The last time I got it, it didn’t have much taste and the pork was grizzly and tough but I know some times things happen so I figured I would try again and see. I enjoy it so much. Today I am again disappointed the rice noodles are well over cooked and broken. (Like the tiny pieces from the bottom of the package) The pork is again tough and grizzly. Also there was the equivalent of one green onion and four tiny shrimp. I’m very disappointed.

I ordered the mongolian beef and shrimp with snow peas. Flavor was just so-so and more bland than anything. The portions have more vegetables than meat. I have yet to find a great Chinese restaurant in The Villages, sad to say….I will not go to this restaurant again.

Very dry, tough General Tso chicken. The flavor of the sauce was okay, but I couldn't chew the chicken well enough to swallow it because of all the gristle. Egg roll and vegetable fried rice were okay. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I just ordered the Bourbon chicken lunch special. The food isn’t seasoned at all which makes it not taste good. Waste of money.
